The Georgetown Store Stylist will work directly with customers and build brand affinity in our Washington D.C. - Georgtown store. Be a stylist; ask the right questions, assess clients' needs, and suggest products based on their profiles, requests, and feedback. Be a salesperson; understand the store's performance metrics and strive to maximize sales targets. Stay up to date on our merchandise, events, promotions, policies, and services. Strategize and take initiative to increase individual and store productivity. Facilitate a culture of empowerment and respect among your team and clients. Become proficient in inventory management, merchandising, POS, and company procedures. Support new stylists through peer training when needed. Support the Customer Experience team by handling priority orders, and delivering on specific customer requests. Follow and maintain all health and safety procedures of the store.
