Pros of working at MMBC Continuum

Your healthcare is paid for through the company but it's difficult to take time off to do anything. They mention you can take two hours in the morning or evening to take care of personal business but it's never personal.

Cons of working at MMBC Continuum

The management team is lackluster. There is one leader in particular that micromanages every other staff member except themselves. There is no HR or opportunity to make suggestions that can make the team more efficient. This company honestly rests on their laurels which is sad considering the demographic of business owners they're supposed to assist. The end of the year bonus that is used in persuasion is never a guarantee. You can meet your individual sales goal while others don't contribute at all, and will still have to fight for why you deserve what you worked for. This organization is a sinking ship that fails to acknowledge the team weaknesses, and just pushes hard and diligent workers to the brink of burnout.
