Room to grow and learn with the available tools provided by the company
They always have the tools you need to do your job, and are pretty quick to get new tools if needed. I met some great people through working for MMR.
This is across the board. These companies need to do more testing of employees before they hire them, to make sure you're qualified and skilled craftsman.
They do show the most appreciation of their employees than any other company I've worked for.
Being able to grow and learn a vast majority of things.
