Collaborate with Principals, project managers, and business development staff to position services competitively. Ensure proposal materials support revenue generation and strategic growth goals. Digital Marketing & Communications Manage and update website content, including service lines, project highlights, and career pages. Oversee social media strategy and content across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook. Develop campaigns to support recruiting, project wins, and new service offerings. Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement. Recruiting & Employer Branding Partner with HR to support national recruiting initiatives through branding and outreach. Marketing Materials & Vendor Coordination Create and maintain presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and digital assets. QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing experience in professional services, engineering, construction, or technical industries.
