WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Oversee and supervise daily activities of fulfillment associates, shippers, and support staff to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Provide hands-on leadership and resolve operational issues in real time.
Train and coach associates on systems, safety, and best practices.
Monitor order accuracy, shipping performance, and workflow efficiency.
Serve as escalation point for inventory, system, and customer issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Support cross-functional operations, including scheduling/dispatch, AP/AR, purchasing, shipping/receiving, inventory management, and sales support; mentor customer operations staff to ensure consistency and service excellence.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
2+ years in warehouse or fulfillment; 3-7 years in customer operations or related fields.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in warehouse systems (e.g., NetSuite, Ormandy) and Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Mobile Communications America, Inc. is seeking a strong data-driven and analytical thinking Director, Sales Operations leader with sales operations and ability to drive change to lead its newly created sales operations team within our Central division in Spartanburg, South Carolina; Charlotte, NC; or Indianapolis, IN.
In this role, you will enhance business growth and performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the sales leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, your responsibilities include all sales operations related processes, procedures, and activities that drive booking and revenue growth and productivity. This role serves as a partner to the sales leadership team by leading sales operations processes and initiatives aimed at increasing sales performance and productivity. You will work cross-functionally with senior leadership within Sales, Marketing, Finance/Accounting, HR, and Operations management to support sales strategy, planning, and productivity.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Facilitate the sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for the overall sales organization.
Conduct analyses to derive insights/trends that will drive business decisions and direct strategy, specifically to support national accounts, target accounts and cross-sell opportunities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the go-to-market model and identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. A focus will be on data driven metrics around segmentation, target account selection and sales penetration metrics.

Implement enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM hygiene.

10+ years' work experience in sales operations, marketing analytics & science, financial analysis, and/or sales ideally in a high-growth environment. Bachelor's degree or higher required.

The position of Microwave Engineer III has the major responsibilities of designing and implementing point to point microwave communication systems and other auxiliary equipment required in a complete communication system environment. Design includes understanding Motorola processes, Nokia processes, design software and type of equipment supplied by both companies and other vendors. Other responsibilities may include designing and implementing MPLS and Network Monitoring systems.
Additional responsibilities include analyzing site and path survey results, participating in FCC coordination and licensing processes, finalizing designs and bill of materials, developing test and cutover plans, and remotely supporting the field technician team during field integration and testing services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knowledge of concepts, characteristics, capabilities, and theoretical design of microwave radio paths and MPLS routing equipment

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:**
+ 1-2 years of experience in repairing and installing microwave radio systems.
+ Hands-on experience with project-specific OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
+ A strong technical electronics background, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to conduct failure analysis are a must.
+ Knowledge of concepts, characteristics, capabilities, and theoretical design of microwave radio equipment.
+ Certified on Wavence or ALU 9500MPR Microwave Radios or be able to pass certification testing within 90 days of employment, a must.
+ Understanding of two-way radio / cellular infrastructure communications products, services, and systems.
+ Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints, a must.
+ Experience with at least one of the following: public safety communications systems, cellular infrastructure, military communications, civil infrastructure construction, desired.
+ Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
