The Manager, Marketplace develops and implements creative strategies to lead and enroll the uninsured and vulnerable population into CareSource's Marketplace Product.
Essential Functions:
Expand CareSource footprint for Marketplace product in assigned market Establish and maintain effective relationships with providers, Department of Insurance, Community Advocates and Business AssociationsDrive and execute development of educational and enrollment opportunities with area business chambers of commerce, small businesses, business associations, community and faith based organizations Provide education to key membership and provider accounts that influence and directly interface with potential or existing members and providers Provide leadership and direction to field sales team to ensure the goals of the department are successfully achieved Responsible for managing the Health Insurance Marketplace field sales team in assigned market Responsible for managing the development of key membership and provider accounts in each territory Serve as relationship manager with statewide key membership and provider accounts to drive program development, enrollment, engagement, and retention Design, implement and execute statewide sales strategy for Open Enrollment programs in collaboration with Corporate MarketingResearch and develop new forums to market and educate potential enrollees and/or providers in collaboration with the team Lead and implement effective local community health fairs and other informational events Conduct presentations to large groups in accordance with current approved communications, marketing plans and state regulations Regular travel to conduct member visits, provider visits and community-based visits as needed to ensure effective administration of the program Perform any other job-related instructions as requested

Working Conditions:
