The position is an in-office opportunity, and the schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist: Provide general office support and handle a variety of clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations. Answer and screen incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate associate or voicemail. Greet and assist company guests and visitors. Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and publications. Sign for and distribute package deliveries. Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies as needed. Qualifications: High school graduate (required). One year of administrative experience (preferred). Proficient in computer skills and excellent customer service abilities. Qualifications: Associate's degree (preferred). One year of medical office experience (required), including front-of-office doctor's office experience (check-in/check out) and answering phones Prior authorization experience (specifically through Availity, United Healthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds) Ability to work in a high-call environment eClinicalWorks experience Highly organized and able to multitask Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Your Role as a Scheduling Coordinator: As a Scheduling Coordinator with Mobile Medical, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clinical team's success by coordinating and managing schedules for our providers, supporting the smooth operation of our mobile healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and maintain clinicians' appointments and visits according to care plans, staff availability, and productivity goals. Perform data entry for referrals, visit schedules, medical supplies, and patient/employee demographics. Answer and triage phone calls professionally and efficiently. Provide staffing coverage for sick leave, vacation, and long-term absences. Ensure accurate and timely updates to staff schedules. Qualifications: Associate's degree (preferred). Medical Assistant certification (preferred).
