The position is an in-office opportunity, and the schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist: Provide general office support and handle a variety of clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations. Answer and screen incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate associate or voicemail. Greet and assist company guests and visitors. Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and publications. Sign for and distribute package deliveries. Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies as needed. Qualifications: High school graduate (required). One year of administrative experience (preferred). Proficient in computer skills and excellent customer service abilities. Qualifications: Associate's degree (preferred). One year of medical office experience (required), including front-of-office doctor's office experience (check-in/check out) and answering phones Prior authorization experience (specifically through Availity, United Healthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds) Ability to work in a high-call environment eClinicalWorks experience Highly organized and able to multitask Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
