Mobile Modular Management Corporation company history timeline
Mobile Modular Management Corporation, a division of McGrath RentCorp, was founded in 1979 by Bob McGrath.
To expand the Company's footprint and augment existing equipment two key modular fleet acquisitions were made in 1982 in California and Texas.
In 1984, after changing the name to McGrath RentCorp the Company went public to raise capital for investment into the electronics rental business.
With two additional fleet acquisitions for the modular business in 1986 the Company was able to again expand its footprint and add additional capability to serve our customers.
2007 brought entry into the Mid-Atlantic region where North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia and Maryland were our first areas of service with a now expanded service region for surrounding states of South Carolina, West Virginia, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, Delaware and Alabama.
