    Job Description Production Machine Operator The Production Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment and tooling in a manufacturing setting. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and versatile IT Infrastructure and Network Security Manager to join Hyundai MOBIS IT team. As an IT Infrastructure and Network Security Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure and network systems. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology infrastructure, as well as the seamless connectivity of our network. This role will work MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe). Roles & ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Design and Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions. Implement and manage network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPN connections. Deploy and maintain server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and backup solutions. Configure and optimize operating systems, applications, and software updates. Plan and execute infrastructure expansion or upgrades to accommodate company growth. Network Design and Management: Design and implement network architecture, ensuring optimal connectivity, performance, and security. Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure. Implement network segmentation, VLANs, and other security measures to protect against unauthorized access and potential threats. Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve network-related incidents and outages. Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect the company's infrastructure and data. Implement and manage security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and SIEM tools. Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing to identify and address potential risks. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR or ISO 27001. Stay updated on emerging network security threats and industry best practices, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures. Prepare reports on network performance, security incidents, infrastructure upgrades, and compliance. Provide recommendations for infrastructure and network improvements, optimizations, and cost efficiencies. IT Budgeting and Management Make plans for IT Investment and Expense budget. Review and manage their purpose. effectiveness, progress, and schedules. Manage Vendor registration and payment lists. Manage IT staff and outsourcing staff Assign and manage roles, responsibilities and KPI for IT staff (IT Admin, infra, Network and Security). Make Accurate and up-to-date documentation of roles, responsibilities, and work scopes for IT contracts with GP Department. Manage their results of service, performance, issues and outsourcing staff. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years (7+ years preferred) of experience as an IT Infrastructure and Network Engineer or similar role in a corporate environment, preferably in the automotive industry or equivalent professional experience. Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.). Experience in designing and implementing LAN/WAN architectures, including VPNs and wireless networks. Proficiency in server infrastructure management, including virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Familiarity with storage systems, backup solutions, and disaster recovery procedures. Solid understanding of network security principles and technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, etc.). Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or CISSP are highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
