Production Machine Operator
The Production Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment and tooling in a manufacturing setting. In this role, you will be expected to follow production schedules, ensure quality control, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The starting base rate of pay will be $21.33 per hour. Upon being hired, team members who demonstrate advanced skills may qualify for a higher level of pay in the future.
2nd shift has a $1.00/hr shift differential.

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are key parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.
Essential Functions
(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage stock levels and inventory accuracy.
Conduct cycle counts and full physical inventories when required.
Maintain and update inventory databases and reconcile any discrepancies.
Coordinate with production planning to communicate requirements or changes.
Shipping:
Prepare and process shipping documents. (Domestic and International shipping)
Prepare shipping plans. Qty and requirements for each shipment.
Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Oversee customer returns and track information.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or business.
2+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Proficient with SAP software.
Knowledge of shipping processes and terminology for domestic and international business.
Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
