Summary
As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, what it means to create a place and platform were everyone can experience pizza that is personal.
You will lead the making of pizzas for the veggie pilers, the pepperoni perfectionists, and the plant-based pioneers. Pizzas built for the carb cutters and the culinary experimentalist. Together we're creating an experience were pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.

The Executive Assistant - International President serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the International President. Responsibilities

Act as the International President's representative, both internally and externally. Proactively anticipate the needs of the executive and their leadership team.
Independently initiate correspondence and actions by composing complex, detailed and sensitive materials including but not limited to creation of presentations and reports, company-wide communications and meeting agendas - all in collaboration with other departments.
Coordinate substantial domestic and international travel for executive ensuring all details, including time zone considerations, are effectively orchestrated and efficiently communicated while managing expenditures.
Manage visa and passport requirements for international travel, ensuring compliance with destination country regulations.
Maintain flexibility and availability after hours to support International President across time zones and respond to urgent needs
Manage and develop content for weekly/monthly/annual meetings as an active member of the C-Suite Executive Business Support Leadership team, as well as serve as the department ambassador.

* Conducts routine QA Workshops and participate in franchise and Company meetings to educate field team members on restaurant procedures related to food safety to ensure food safety, quality standards and regulatory compliance across all restaurants in assigned division.
* Provide targeted support to restaurants entering escalation via on-site and virtual workshops. Conduct restaurant escalation audits to ensure food safety, quality standards and regulatory compliance standards in support of the Escalation process. Make recommendations to senior management on the implementation and maintenance of safe food handling policies, sanitation, regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures.
* Act as a subject matter expert to support the goals of cross-functional partners in operations, training, development, and product innovation, as needed. Ensure cross-functional partners are educated in food safety basics. Leverage communications avenues to raise awareness of food safety risks.
* Act as liaison with local health department and regulatory authorities to manage response to any regulatory inspections, complaints and/or foodborne illness investigations. Assist with Health Department variance requirements where needed as well.

* Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Microbiology or related field - demonstrated equivalent knowledge would be considered.

Ensure that we follow all the food safety guidelines and procedures.
Effectively supervise scheduled shifts.
Uphold the restaurant to hg facilities standards and lead the restaurant's preventative maintenance plan.
Complete facilities and food safety processes, including but not limited to completion of opening/closing checklists, line checks, and daily/weekly cleaning checklists.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to meet the scheduling needs of the restaurant.
Strong food prep experience.
ServSafe Certification preferred.
Previous training experience preferred.
Minimum one year of restaurant experience.

Ensure that the facility is always in best of class condition by active management of hg's restaurant-level preventative maintenance plan.

Conduct regular one-on-ones with all restaurant employees.

Successfully communicate all hg Restaurant Support Center (RSC) company-wide updates, policies, notes, career opportunities, news, and events to all restaurant employees.
Confirm forecasting tool accuracy daily.
Actively coach and develop the Assistant General Manager and Service Managers.
