This person will champion and grow the MOD brand by engaging daily with our audience and creating innovative social content and campaigns that move the brand forward and drive traffic. The ideal candidate has experience managing social media for a brand or agency and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic environment. This person is a digital native, exhibiting strong creative judgement and point of view on social media marketing strategy in the restaurant/hospitality/retail segment. They know the ins and outs of all the major social platforms and how to set up and maintain its framework to support a national, multi-unit and shared company/franchised system. This person knows the latest trends, pop culture milestones and, most importantly, exhibits the judgement to know how or even if MOD should leverage these moments. This person will exhibit the MOD brand through voice and engagement approach - both online and in our restaurants and communities. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain a social media content plan as integrated within the brand Marketing Communications calendar, balancing multiple content priorities across channels for both high-priority marketing campaigns and unplanned (reactive) social content. * Can conduct a thorough assessment of existing social footprint and tools, identify opportunities to improve performance and security for a blended company and franchise system. * Has experience and ability to set a localized strategy with localized execution * Organically create or field design requests timely organic social content to engage the MOD social media audience for platforms such as Meta, YouTube and internal channels for MOD Squad * Develop strategy and provide direction/feedback on social content to creative team for marketing campaigns. * Support storyboard, ad-hoc creation support and management of social video content across YouTube shorts, reels, and other emerging video-first social platforms. * Oversee daily community management of social media channels, including responding to questions or comments, engaging with our audiences, and passing along issues to the customer support team as needed. * Own organic social promotional details - contests, sweepstakes, stunts, influencer/talent engagement * Evolve and maintain and influencer strategy including campaign support, growing database, strategic engagement, compensation (food, MOD currency, contracts as needed) * Stay up to date on social platform changes, new features, industry trends, competitors, and other opportunities for the MOD brand to stay relevant in the social space. * Own reporting analytics and key insights to inform strategy and collaborate with FPA and other support functions. Basic Qualifications * 3-5 years of experience in a social media and creative roles * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Strategic communication by channel with appropriate tonality by audience. * Experience with social media management tools, such as Sprout Social * Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications and intermediate skills with Adobe products to create visual social content * Time management, organizational, and prioritization skills * A strong understanding of cultural awareness * Experience in a customer or consumer-facing role, operations experience is preferred (hospitality or retail). * Must be accessible and quick to respond and escalate brand reputation situations (positive and negative) * Preferred for candidate to work in/have experience with a franchise system Physical Requirements Office work involves remaining in a stationary position in front of a computer, and considerable time in the field capturing content in our Restaurants and at community events. Work Location and Schedule Expecations The Loss Prevention and Workplace Compliance Investigator is a remote position. Employees are expected to maintain a home office, Laptop and associated hardware will be provided. Key Responsibilities * Respond to and maintain daily BAS issues including but not limited to: False alarms, Failure to open / close, Police dispatches, Fire dispatches and communicating necessary findings to Loss Prevention leadership. * Maintain MODs CCTV system and ensure all aspects are functioning properly. * Utilize standard exception-based reporting to analyze transactional data to identify patterns, trends and exceptions at the point of sale (POS). * Initiate and support cases of dishonesty and fraud using POS exception reporting, remote CCTV, multiple data sources and other investigative tools and systems * Support investigations and interviewing HR related cases into alleged behavior in violation of MOD policy that are escalated to you * Work closely with MOD Legal and People Teams as investigations uncover risks that must be mitigated * Assist MOD Legal with preservation and production of evidence, as needed * Supports Food Safety platform management, claims, and investigations. * Coordinate and conduct remote interviews with Squad for cases involving theft, harassment, and gather witness statements as needed. * Develop relationships and partnerships with the field organization, other Support Center departments and industry peers * Initiates investigations and gathers supporting statements when reporting guest incidents to insurance. * Assist store leadership in promoting awareness campaigns on shortage and cash control measures; regularly participate in key store meetings * Works with management to define reporting needs and implement dashboards and metrics to monitor current and emerging trends, issues, and opportunities related to asset protection and sales strategy and goals * Interacts with Business Partners and Risk team as needed. Works effectively across the organization to maximize company resources. * Works with Third Party providers to assess and/or improve business/risk when needed. Basic Qualifications * 2 years' experience conducting investigations in a multi-unit retail or food services environment. * 1 year experience performing workplace compliance support in the realm of employee relations and general human resources. * Prior experience utilizing surveillance systems to conduct investigations. * Wicklander Zulawski or equivalent certified. * Proven Ability to effective manage time and priorities in rapidly changing environment. * Proven ability to exercise independent judgement and provide fact based conclusions to senior leadership. * Working knowledge of Agilence (or similar) exception-based reporting. * Strong analytical skills and high level of attention to detail. We hope you will join us as we continue to learn, evolve, and shape what comes next on our mission to make better food accessible to everyone. **THE OPPORTUNITY** The Apprentice Facilities Specialist maintains restaurants through preventative maintenance on all aspects of the restaurant. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** In addition to following Chipotle's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: + Assisting the Facilities Manager by supervising facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level + Performing facility maintenance and repair through monthly site visits and analysis of restaurants + Formulating preventative maintenance schedules for the safe, efficient, and effective operation of restaurant facilities, including but not limited to cooking equipment, HVAC systems, sinks, plumbing, electrical circuits, and refrigeration units + Carrying out set procedures to be followed in the event facilities cease functioning, function improperly, or present a threat to the health and safety of employees or customers + Training managers, crew, and other restaurant staff on how to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair restaurant facilities; assessing the need for additional training on an individual, as needed basis + Ensuring managers, crew, and other restaurant staff are correctly and consistently following facility maintenance practices and procedures + Conducting detailed facility maintenance and repair seminars on an individual basis or in a group setting + Providing the Operations Team and Regional Facility Manager with comprehensive maintenance visit recaps detailing restaurant strengths and areas of opportunity, as related to facilities + Identifying specific issues which contribute to higher M & R costs or capital reinvestment costs and communicating these issues to the Regional Facilities Manager, Field Controller and Operations Team + Providing guidance to restaurants on how to maintain and update facility records + Performing equipment and building repairs on a regular basis (e.g., in the case of an emergency or during routine scheduled site visit) + Performing new store turnover, 90 day and one-year walks/punches with Contractor and Operations Team for all new restaurants + Serving as liaison between restaurants, landlords, contractors, and vendors when needed to repair facilities + Assisting Operations Team to investigate, analyze, and determine whether to escalate facilities issues to the Regional Facilities Manager + Serving as the facilities representative at operations management meetings and is responsible for communicating information back to the Apprentice Facilities Manager and Regional Facilities Manager + Providing field support and communication to the Development Department relating to Wynkoop and regional/market initiatives and needs + Assisting with communicating contractor deficiencies on re-investment or repair projects + Following all Development Department guidelines + Completing other duties to advance a particular project or resolving a business issue, as needed **WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE** + Possess a strong trade knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, commercial cooking equipment, appliance repair and basic HVAC/refrigeration + Be knowledgeable of rules and regulations governing facilities safety requirements + Demonstrate the ability to manage and coordinate multiple schedules while planning work to facilitate timely achievement of results + Effectively, clearly, and patiently communicate and train facility maintenance and repair concepts + Have a clean Motor Vehicle Report in order to travel between restaurants + Be responsible for safe driving requirements as determined by the law + Have a B.A./B.S. in related field or an equivalent in education and experience with two (2) years formal or informal training on how to repair and maintain facilities; experience with restaurant equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration or appliance repair preferred. **PAY TRANSPARENCY** A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $21.63-$27.41.
