The people are all super helpful and kind, i’ve formed some really close bonds with some of my coworkers and it really makes the experience working there so much more fun.

Really the only con I can think of is just that scheduling can depend on how busy/slow we are so you may have a little less hours some weeks, besides that I genuinely can’t think of any

The employee discounts are nice, the app we use to see our pay is really nice and easy to use

I’m honestly not fully sure, but I do like how tips are added into our paycheck

MOD is really the most diverse place I have ever worked, it’s really cool honestly i’ve met so many different kinds of people

Definitely my coworkers, I love them all so much and whenever i’m scheduled with my close coworkers working is what I look forward to the most

You can be yourself with no Expectations but to do your best with making sure the customer is satisfied.
