Conduct the necessary repair and rebuild molds. Once molds are placed back together, administer necessary tests to assure they are production ready. Qualifications Job Requirements: Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are maintained. Experience with mold maintenance and machine shop equipment a plus Familiarity with stack molds a plus The ability to multitask and prioritize with limited supervision. Troubleshoot issues and repair, in and out of press. Knowledge and understanding of mold and die components and their respective characteristics. Must be able to disassemble and reassemble tools and dies. Repair/rebuild mold components like hydraulic cylinders and air cylinders. Conduct air testing and water testing on tools. Self-motivated, detail oriented, and mechanically inclined. Must be able to take direction and work as part of a team. Own necessary tools to perform work. Basic computer skills Ability to properly use machine shop measuring devices. Ability to lift and move 30 pounds on a regular basis. Forklift Certified and able to operate overhead cranes safely. Job Title: CNC Swiss Programmer Shift: 1st Shift, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Thursday (Four 10-hour days) Precision Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Swiss/Lathe Programmer to join a growing precision machining environment. The ideal candidate has experience programming, setting up, and running Swiss-style CNC machines and is capable of supporting complex part production with high accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate Swiss-style CNC machines. Troubleshoot programming and machining issues, coordinating with engineers and operators as needed. Assist in introducing new parts and support quoting processes for new business. Transfer and download CNC programs to machine controls. Follow layout and setup procedures to properly arrange cutting tools and workholding devices. Provide instruction and guidance to operators on machine setup and operation. Complete daily maintenance routines and maintain 5S standards. Communicate work progress and status to management. Adhere to all safety policies and company procedures. Perform other assigned tasks as needed. Required Knowledge & Skills: Proven experience in Swiss CNC/Lathe programming and setup. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CAD/CAM and/or manual programming. Competency in blueprint reading, including GD&T. Ability to measure and inspect parts using precision gauges and instruments. Familiarity with various materials, tooling, and machining processes. Strong math skills, including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
