Pros of working at Modell's Sporting Goods

The customer service experience was out of this world. You communicate with so many different people on what they are looking for, what interests them about the products, and what they are using them for. Gave great hours along with good teaching from mentors in my early stages of Modell's, which then translated to a management job in a year being there. If you love sports and enjoy the experience of customer service, this is the place for you.

Cons of working at Modell's Sporting Goods

Had a couple of bad experiences with the associates hired. Almost all associates hired were not from the Willow Grove, PA area and were very unreliable to fill in for someone who could not show up for work. A lot of associate theft happened as well without any of the management's notice, along with managers from other Modell's stores outside of the Willow Grove area did the same without the Willow Grove's management noticing.

Modell's Sporting Goods benefits

Associate/Management discounts on all merchandise and the close relationships you get with some people you work with.
