Key Responsibilities
Manage all financial aspects of manufacturing operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with government contract requirements and annual filings.
Oversee cost accounting processes and maintain accurate inventory valuation.
Collaborate with operations and management teams to optimize financial performance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting.
Strong knowledge of government contract compliance and reporting standards.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities

Strong computer skills and experience with Manufurting Accounting and Practices (Epicor, Kinetics, Bluestreak, Quickbooks, and simular)
Previous successful work history in a similar or related role.

Obtain proper containers and maintain traceability of product/paperwork throughout process.
Weigh/count empty containers prior to placing parts in container.
Obtain the correct number of samples for inspection and provide parts/paperwork to lab.
Place parts in container according to job card instructions.
Weigh/count full containers prior to moving containers to proper hold area.
Apply Rust Inhibitor per job card instructions.
Be able to identify non-conforming product with respect to job duties.
Work area kept neat and trash removed each shift.
Operate forklift truck as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities): Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.Must have at least one year training or education in areas related to material testing. Must demonstrate proficient performance of Lab Technician B and C essential duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Perform full range of materials testing processes including operation of equipment and execution of standard procedures with minimal supervision. Equipment includes lathes, mills, grinders, lab microscopes, microhardness testers, surface hardness testers, tensile testing, etc.
Document results of testing for delivery to customers.
Maintain good working order of equipment in compliance with all equipment manufacturer and safety requirements.

Wear personal protective equipment and follow safety instructions as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift 50 lb. parts and other items from floor to waist on an occasional basis while protecting lifted items from damage.
Must be able to stand for several consecutive hours without rest, with frequent bending and reaching.
Must be able to walk within and between areas constantly and climb stairs occasionally.

Position Summary
The Engineering Manager will lead the manufacturing engineering function at our Camp Hill facility. · Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· 15+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Experience with 2D/3D CAD software (CREO preferred).
· Experience applying LEAN principles (5S, setup reduction, TPM, value stream mapping, flow manufacturing, etc.).
Physical Requirements

Adjust machining parameters to achieve properly documented first pieces and inspect work in progress so that all parts conform to drawing specifications, taking appropriate action if defective parts are found.
Create set-up sheets and follow set-up sheets, process instruction, work instructions, and other instructions to ensure a reliable and repeatable process for production.
Document process results legibly and accurately using SPC Charts, Dimensional result forms, production logs, etc.
Set a strong example of good work practices to Class C and Class B machinists and train them in the more advanced machining/inspection methods.
Perform Miscellaneous Assembly Operations.
Wear Personal protective equipment and follow safety instruction as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
