Position Description
The Assembler II is responsible for assembling components according to specifications and established manufacturing procedures. They use hand tools, power tools and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units.
Key Responsibilities
Correct assembly of product components. Uses various jigs and fixtures, as well as being able to read a tape measure to ensure product meets customer's expectations. Will assemble coils per print without assistance.
Must be flexible, and willing to be moved around to other areas.

Position Description
Performs a variety of engineering duties including manufacturing floor support, process development, and capital equipment purchasing. Responsible for analyzing manufacturing problems while developing alternative approaches to their solution. Evaluate solutions for efficiency and cost effectiveness. As required by the project, the position writes tool orders and material requisitions and explains the specific needs to tool and material vendors. If tooling work is done internally, the position explains the need to the department supervisor for build or repair of required tooling. The manufacturing problems that confront the position vary in complexity from a minor change in a manufacturing process to a major modification of an existing facility or the installation of new machinery or equipment. On major projects, such as the set-up of a large or complex piece of equipment authorized for purchase or transferred from another plant, the position works with personnel from division or group headquarters who may be attached for the project. The position contributes to each phase of the installation, set-up, debugging, implementation and training. On a project assignment, the position is the liaison between the plant and division staff. The position prepares weekly or monthly reports on the status of each assigned project. Specific Accountabilities 1. Analyze manufacturing problems and develop alternative approaches to their solution. 2. Evaluate solutions for efficiency and cost effectiveness. 3. Maintain practical knowledge of operating systems and mechanical equipment throughout the plant. 4. Position Description
Setup and operate Computer Numerical Control equipment and various other equipment used in threading, cutting, notching or drilling stainless steel, carbon steel and copper-nickel parts, making adjustments necessary to comply with drawings, quality and methods procedures. Assist in personnel training as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Ability to interact with others and be self-motivated to maximize production.
* Read and understand blue prints.
* Operate and read all measuring devices.
* Setup and operate various equipment used in threading, cutting, notching or drilling different types of pipe.
* Calculates and sets machine controls to position spindle in relationship to workpiece and to regulate factors, such as cutting depth, speed, feed and coolant flow.
* Stops machine to change cutting tools and setup according to required machining sequence or to measure parts for conformance to blueprint specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
* Enters commands or manually adjusts machine controls to correct malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
* Requires employee to perform other jobs as needed.

Position Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive project manager to oversee the internal project lifecycle for our data center chiller solutions - from the point of sale through to installation. This roll will serve as the key coordinator, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and that any issues or updates are communicated effectively across departments and stakeholders.
While the onsite installation will be managed by a separate project manager, this role will focus on the internal execution of chiller projects, ensuring smooth transitions between sales, engineering, manufacturing, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, the ability to indirectly lead cross-functional teams, and a PMP certification.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary internal project manager from the sales handoff through final installation.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track.
* Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics teams to coordinate project execution.
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring any delays or issues are communicated promptly to stakeholders.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, providing regular project updates and status reports.
* Work closely with the onsite project manager to ensure a smooth transition when the chiller reaches installation.
* Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company processes.
* Drive process improvements to enhance project execution and efficiency.
Required Education & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
* 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, HVAC/R, industrial equipment or data center infrastructure.
* PMP certification highly preferred.
* Experience managing complex, multi-stage projects with cross-functional teams.
* Strong understanding of chiller systems, refrigeration, or HVAC technology is a plus.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools (MS project, Smartsheet, or similar).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project simultaneously.
* Strong leadership skills to indirectly influence and coordinate teams.

Operator joins tubing, sheet metal and studs together by brazing, welding or soldering, using tools such as oxygen acetylene torch, arc welder, heliarc, stud welder and tig weld. Assist in personnel training as required
Key Responsibilities

* Required to stand constantly, walk occasionally, bend frequently, squat occasionally, and reach forward frequently. These motions are sustained and repetitive.
* Good safety habits are a must as caution is required in preparing the welder for operation. Safety glasses are required at all times, and to avoid eye injury a welding helmet is required when engaged in actual welding activity. Employees are required to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. or more with assistance and must use proper body techniques when performing floor, knee, and waist lifts.
* Welder is exposed to heat and fumes that may be somewhat disagreeable.
* Requires employee to perform other jobs in the cell as needed.
Required Education & Qualifications
* 2 years welding experience preferred.
* Must be able to be 6G, 3F and 5F certified by an outside welding certification body.
* Requires ability to use MIG/TIG welders to join metal to close tolerances. Various metals may be required, some of which are galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel.
* Requires ability to read and interpret complicated shop drawings.
* Requires understanding of standardized welding symbols used on shop drawings to convey method of welding.
* Requires a strong mechanical background as well as the ability to use simple math with both decimals and fractions.
* Must wear safety protective equipment at all times.
