Working at Modineer

Absolutely nothing, extremely depressing work environment, been upstairs when management didn’t know I was there, and all they do is talk bad about the employees. lazy workers are praised for some reason, really weird, and disgusting behavior from management.

Do not come to Modineer, you are treated like garbage, if you have a concern and bring it up to hr or management, you are told to quit then and find a new job

There is no benefits, this place will burn you..

The business unit leader is lost, and is destroying the company, they do not care about the employees at all, so many empty promises, if you are told one thing, the opposite will happen..

Every single person up top needs to go, they are all lazy and out all their work on the supervisors while they sit upstairs with their feet kicked back and relaxing in the AC, and nobody upstairs know how’s to do their job at all, they come down to the floor to just look through books and literally just look at stuff and then go back upstairs, and then repeat all day until they leave..

There is no preparation I just showed up and got the job

The pay is awful with no incentive and no raises, lazy people get raises, and the hardest workers that have been at Modineer for years get the short end of the stick and haven’t gotten raises in years!

It’s fine

Absolutely nothing is joyful at Modineer, you will chewed up and spit out.. Modineer has caused people to self harm with the absolutely horrible bullying from upper management..

Management and weak HR department. Treated like a number instead of an asset

Needs new ownership and management needs overhauled. Engineers inexperienced.

Used to be a fun place to work, but after company sold it became a "business" intead of family atmosphere.

Not one pro of working at this place. The management is a bunch of college kids who have never worked a day in their life's. Have to show them how to run the machines.

Get rid of all the stupid Purdue grads that have never worked a day in their life's, but get management positions the have to be shown how to run the machines.
