ModSquad is seeking experienced and passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our fully remote team. We're looking for individuals who thrive on solving complex customer inquiries related to property taxes and enjoy helping people better understand their assessments and appeal options.
This is a temporary opportunity expected to begin in March and end in June 2026.
As a member of this team, you'll assist customers via phone and email, answering questions about tax assessments, appeals, and arbitrations. You'll guide them through the process of lowering their property tax rates with clarity, accuracy, and empathy.
Collaboration is key - you'll work closely with your team to research information, identify solutions, and ensure every interaction leaves the customer feeling supported and informed.
