Working culture that empower people to be the decision makers, being more on the project team. More transparent business information, and clearly goal, visions and action plans than other companies.
Salary as little above of average. Head quarter (even it is the biggest) in the town brings less opportunities of talent choices/attractions.
Colleagues are more respectful or more empathy to others, simply say it looks like lesser hierarchy and more inclusive, this benefit trust and encourage work productivity.
They are more transparent, clear vision, reachable and productive.
So far, working with 6-7 companies full time, and 3-4 freelance workplaces. Moen Global (FBIN) currently is my best company culture I've ever seen. Cannot find better. Compare with the same industry, I think Moen is best for its culture.
As I was always interviewed by the General Manager / CEO / VP, I prepare my vision, my foresight, thinking on what I will support to the company, homework about the company's background. The portfolio of previous work and my CV are only the second importance.
My compensation is far above than average, as I am a foreigner with expertise. So compare with the same level in same industry and same city, I am much above than them.
Very nice. Demographics based on the opportunity of talent in the geographic area, from this reason, actually Moen does a very good job of inclusivity and diversification.
Opportunity to earn reputation (such as international award, company award), chance to learn to self-develop, company culture, and compensation.
