Lead the full lifecycle sourcing for indirect spend categories (e.g., professional services, facilities & maintenance, MRO, IT & digital, travel & logistics, marketing, real-estate & utilities).
Develop and execute multi-year category strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging spend analytics (historical, predictive), market intelligence, and stakeholder insights to identify opportunities.
Leverage advanced analytics and AI/Gen AI tools to surface sourcing opportunities (cost reduction, demand management, supplier consolidation, value capture), and support decision-making with data-driven business cases.
Design, run and manage RFx/RFQ/RFI events; negotiate contracts (MSA, SOW, SLAs) with suppliers; ensure contracting terms reflect full total cost of ownership (TCO), risk, compliance, sustainability/ESG and innovation levers.

SIOP Master Production Planner
Mocksville, NC job
Day in the life
You start your week by translating our monthly, product-family-level SIOP consensus into a detailed weekly Master Production Schedule that looks out 12-18 months. Inside the ERP, you shape that plan so the factory has what it needs to generate MRP each week. As orders and priorities shift, you fold inter-company demand and backlog into supply planning to ensure capacity and resources are always aligned with demand.
Mid-week, you're the first to spot and drive fixes for MRP processing errors. You team up with Customer Service to analyze exceptions and expedite what matters most. You publish the pulse of the operation-daily, weekly, and monthly reports on schedule adherence, capacity, and inventory-so leaders and partners can act fast. When constraints arise-capacity, resource, or material-you lead the charge to identify, prioritize, and resolve them.
Looking longer-term, you facilitate Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), converting insights into clear countermeasures and action plans. Colleagues rely on you as the factory's ERP production planning and scheduling SME, and you collaborate broadly to keep the plan real, reliable, and repeatable.
