Qualifications
Required:
PhD in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science or closely related discipline (emphasis on photopolymerisation or UV curable systems).
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience developing UV/LED curable coatings or inks in industrial environments.
Strong analytical skills: experience with rheology, particle-size measurement, surface tensiometry, cure-testing, adhesion testing, environmental aging.
Hands-on lab experience with formulation and small-scale compounding, plus experience facilitating scale-up to pilot/production.

In this role, you will work at Building 19, Night Shift, 11PM-7AM, Monday-Friday.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
* Perform preventive maintenance on equipment from verbal instructions, work orders, and operating manuals.
* Troubleshoot problems and breakdowns (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic) on all equipment, processes, and facilities.
* Able to construct electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits and systems from drawings.

Position Summary
The Revenue FP&A Manager will lead revenue-focused FP&A for our aerospace business with a strong commercial & military orientation. Support weekly and monthly revenue forecasting, pipeline analytics, and price realization across OEM and Aftermarket. Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Program Management, Contracts, and Pricing to drive bookings growth, improve forecast accuracy, and support profitable deals and long-term agreements. Align the demand outlook with SIOP and capacity plans.
Essential Functions
Revenue Planning and Forecasting
* Support the weekly forecast process owned by the FP&A Team; produce weekly, quarterly and full-year outlooks by product line, program and region.
* Maintain revenue waterfalls (opening backlog, bookings, shipments, slippage, attrition) and drivers (price, mix, volume).
* Lead AOP top-line planning and scenario modeling (OE vs Aftermarket, Defense vs Commercial, new program ramps, attrition).
Commercial Finance Business Partnering
* Support bid/quote reviews: model pricing, discounts, escalation indices, surcharges, and terms (payment, warranty, liquidated damages).
* Provide decision support to Sales and Program teams on volumes, mix, and profitability; codify approval thresholds and assumptions.
Pricing, Contracts, and Price Realization
* Track price realization vs targets; identify margin leakage (discounts, rebates, free-of-charge, mix).
* Govern price lists (Aftermarket); partner with Pricing/Contracts on compliance, renewals and catalog updates.
Performance Management and Reporting
* Publish weekly and monthly KPI packs: bookings, book-to-bill, revenue vs AOP/forecast, price/mix, backlog burn, and forecast accuracy.
* Deliver concise executive readouts with risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
SIOP and Operations Alignment
* Integrate the demand signal with SIOP; communicate constraints and slippage impacts with Supply Chain/Operations.
* Support capacity planning inputs for major program ramps and spares/repair seasonality.
Governance, Controls, and Compliance
* Ensure revenue policies adhere to ASC 606 (point-in-time vs over-time) and internal controls; partner with Accounting on contract reviews.

Qualifications
* Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
