As the successful new hire, you will serve as a dedicated resource for Rehabilitation in Houston and the Southeast region, liaison between the offices, and provide the succession for our Rehabilitation Discipline Lead. This position may also support or consult on national and international rehabilitative projects. You will have an extensive Marine/Waterfront Structural background providing rehabilitation engineering, planning, design, and analysis activities for major waterfront, port, and maritime infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing and implementing all phases of rehabilitation design for a broad range of marine infrastructure projects, including piers and repairs for the US Navy, large marine terminals, marinas, vessel mooring and berthing structures, bulkheads, breakwaters, shore protection, and storm/flood resiliency structures and more. You will have 15 to 20 years of experience working from conceptual development through the details of the rehabilitation design process. This position will serve as a senior engineer who will actively participate in structural design, perform design quality control, resolve technical matters, and engage with our clients to develop optimized design solutions.
