The kids
Where do I start first of all they hire people that cannot do their jobs allow people to get away with everything sleeping being on their phones calling in all the time and still having no time left and the people that are constantly doing what they supposed be do every day no gratitude they completely take advantage of their hard-working staff and the ones that don’t work at all and are lazy are the ones that always get their appraisal I would never trust my kids half of these classrooms 90% of teachers aids are disgusting smelly, and LAZY

To many cons I haven't worked for this company long but I can always say there far to many cons that higher ups don't see or want to deal with.
Not enough pros they are very judgmental and don't listen to the employees. Watch your kids they may grab ahold of one when your not looking redirect a child.
Never meet the ceo or leadership team not once have they tried to meet me either
Watch closely to your teachers they like grab ahold of children then cover it up your cams don't show you everything.
