the pro of working here is that the pay, benefits and hours were good. I would have made Virgin Hotel a career till I was ready to retire.
In my experience the cons are that HR needs to stop making the bosses agree with the wrong that they are doing to the employees to get them fired. They are getting fired after 5 to 6 months after the fact and the medical instances that are going on they don't acknowledge the problem. That is when everyone gets fired. Bosses are Virgin Hotel Las Vegas Nevada Security Head of Security Bill Second is Enrique, Woody and the ladies in the Human Resources department .
Discounts at the venues on property
Nothing because they don't back up the employees when they are in the right.
Replace all the management in the company like the ones that are in the gaming department

In my experience I thing that the wages should be a little higher in order to keep the employees .
The higher up needs to give the employees a chance to speak with their ideas of how to bring more business to the property and make it great for the employees and the community.
I like the guest at the property even the employees were great to have a conversation with. We had a lot of great ideas for the property. I myself personally would have liked to have been a little involved with the entertainment of the property to bring in different acts and music.
Customers and co workers are wonderful and you end up being more of a family
The Management team, they are disconnected and none of them are ever trying to help the employees. When they do they get fired for being too soft.
