Jay Snowden joined Penn National Gaming in October 2011 as Senior Vice President-Regional Operations and was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer in January 2014. Prior to joining Penn National, Mr. Snowden was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Caesars and Harrah’s in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and prior to that, held various leadership positions with Caesars in St. Louis, Missouri; San Diego, California; and Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Snowden holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

From Wall Street to Atlantic City and now at the helm of one of the top publicly-traded casino gaming companies in the United States, Eric Hausler remains committed to making the next right decision. Named chief executive officer in 2016, Eric brings nearly 20 years of gaming expertise and business acumen to the role. Eric joined Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. in 2009 as senior vice president strategic initiatives with responsibility for pursuing new acquisition and management opportunities. He was promoted to chief strategic officer in 2011. In 2014, he was named chief financial officer overseeing finance and accounting, strategic initiatives, information technology, purchasing, payroll, insurance and risk management. Prior to joining Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. Eric led development initiatives at Trump Entertainment Resorts where he identified and evaluated possible acquisitions, new developments, asset divestitures, and joint ventures from 2006 until 2009.
