Candidates must have prior experience with CNC press brakes and the ability to consistently produce accurate, high-quality parts. Responsibilities • Set up and operate CNC press brakes to bend sheet metal to specification • Select correct tooling, dies, and bend sequences based on job requirements • Interpret blueprints, bend deduction sheets, and fabrication drawings • Adjust machine settings to achieve proper angles, radii, and tolerances • Inspect parts using calipers, protractors, and other measuring tools • Troubleshoot minor press brake issues and maintain consistent workflow • Maintain production documentation and follow work orders/job travelers • Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Qualifications • Experience operating CNC press brakes is required • Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and instructions • Knowledge of bend allowances, material behavior, and tooling selection • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability • Ability to lift materials and stand for the duration of the shift
