This position mechanically polishes components to support pump, valve, and PHE products that require 3A surface finish standards. Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday through Friday, plus overtime as required Base pay starts at $23.50 per hour (or higher based on experience) As a part of the team, you will: Polishes sub components and/or executes the material processing within the facility composed of a limited number of pieces that require basic levels of product and process knowledge. Perform process setups and value add activities utilizing defined operating parameters, following all documentation to complete daily production demand within assigned team. Continuously build job knowledge through execution of Standard Operating Procedures. Develop the department in accordance with the Alfa Laval Production System participating in team performance and improvement meetings. Observes all company policies. The Blow Mold Mechanic is responsible for performing a variety of duties to include primarily troubleshoot and maintain blow mold machines, bottle conveyors, bagging/debagging equipment and perform other general maintenance and repair duties.
