This facility uses automated packaging equipment and utilities to manufacture and distribute Clorox Liquid Bleach products. As a Molding Associate you will be responsible for operating blow molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic containers. This role requires a thorough understanding of the blow molding process, including melting, extruding, and molding plastic. You will ensure set up, operate, and tend to plastic molding, casting, or core making machines to mold, cast, or tend to thermoplastic parts or products. Given the nature of the work, which involves high-temperature equipment and moving machinery, maintaining focus and being aware of the overall operation is essential. Molding positions are hourly ranges from: $24.43- $ 27.75 (based on experience), with opportunities to advance through a skill-based pay system. In a skill-based pay system, associates advance by learning and using the job-related skills and knowledge acquired as they progress through each skill level. Rotational Shifts: (1st, 2nd, 3rd) Candidate may need to be available on a rotational shift our hours include 1st shift: (7am - 3:30pm) 2nd shift: (3pm - 11:30pm), 3rd shift: (11pm - 7:30am).
