Nature and Scope
This entry level position is a member of the Manufacturing Team. The Manufacturing Team is responsible for activities associated with the manufacture of safe, effective and sterile pharmaceuticals in accordance with company SOPs, policies and cGMPs. The Manufacturing Team ensure aseptic and sanitary conditions are maintained where required, that appropriate manufacturing area and equipment records are neat and accurate and that safe, effective and professional behavior is displayed at all times. In conjunction with Production Management, the Manufacturing Team provides input and assistance to other Departments as needed, playing a critical role in maintaining production schedules and meeting company goals. The Team Member will be able to participate in all aspects of the Filling Process. The Filling Process includes dispensing components, cleaning, assembling, and sterilizing small and large pieces of equipment, and aseptic filling in accordance with established production records in a concerted effort to manufacture sterile liquid pharmaceuticals. The Filling Process includes loading of glass vials, plastic bottles, caps, tips and seals into manufacturing machinery, operation of filling machine, operation capping machine, unloading of finished product from the manufacturing machinery and the tear down and line clearances of the manufacturing equipment. The Team Member will assist with all activities associated with the filling process under the direct supervision of Senior Manufacturing Team Members.

JOB OBJECTIVE:
Represent Encova Insurance and functions as the agency manager for assigned agents with a primary focus on commercial lines (e.g., worker's compensation and/or package lines). Responsible for achieving established premium growth and profitability objectives by reviewing risks, determining acceptability, and successfully writing profitable new business and retaining profitable renewal accounts. Focused on taking action to achieve results that positively impact growth and profitability while ensuring excellent customer service and timely responsiveness to assigned agencies for their commercial lines accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. As agency manager, this role is the liaison between Encova and its appointed agency force. Duties include;
o Develop and maintain agency relationships through regular visits with agency leadership and production staff, encompassing:
* Agency growth and profitability with Encova.
* Agency progress towards Encova profit share program and Leaders' Conference participation.
* Encova updates and organizational changes.
o Facilitate growth between all Encova profit centers and assigned agencies.
2. Coordinate agency training when needed and assist agencies with the tools needed to build sustainable, long-term profitable growth with Encova across all profit centers.
3. Gather competitive intelligence.
4. Stay abreast of current insurance laws and regulations.
5. Prospect and qualify new agents for potential appointments.
6. Submit written reports as required.

14. Prepare and participate in proposals to producers. Negotiate terms and conditions.
15. Ensure the proper issuance of policies, certificates, filings and notifications.
16. Effectively utilize rules and guidance to ensure proper policy construction.
17. Seek the guidance of management on risks exceeding assigned authority levels.
18. Identify underwriting issues; recommend and develop plans for problem resolution and implement them where appropriate.
19. Manage existing and prospective accounts by actively participating in account renewals, new business presentations and discussion with agents.
20. Participate in monitoring and analyzing performance of assigned agents; initiate actions and recognize consequences of alternative actions.
21. Account management including coordination of service delivery of various disciplines within the team: claim review, safety and loss services, customized reporting, etc.
22. Conduct/coordinate sales and training sessions and orientation of new products, programs, and systems for assigned agents. When requested, lead discussions on new underwriting approaches, coverage enhancements/changes, and underwriting projects.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for automobile travel within territory traveling to agents' offices. Car travel represents a meaningful portion of associate's time.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Minimum 5 years of progressive commercial lines underwriting experience in package lines and/or worker's compensation in the Property and Casualty insurance market strongly preferred.
* Bachelor's degree preferred, demonstrated significant underwriting experience may substitute.
* Demonstrated working knowledge of commercial multi-line underwriting, pricing and coverage.

Your Role:The Production Machine Operator is responsible for assisting the Line Leader with all aspects of operating the line and maintaining processes within prescribed specifications with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency and waste.
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude
Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment as a machine helper or operator
Ability to work on second shift and third shift

Job Summary: The primary purpose of this job is to safely and efficiently operate and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment in the manufacturing of plastic film. This position would be expected to learn the process of making plastic film and how the equipment operates. Training is provided; however, each team member is expected to be in charge of their own learning goals. Shift work, overtime, and call-ins will be required, as needed, for the safe and effective operation of the film lines.
Schedule: 2-2-3 Night Shift, 12-Hour shifts, 6:00pm - 6:00am (every other long weekend off)
Job Duties:
Provide continuous and effective operation of the lines and equipment
Safely and reliably operate the production lines
Test film quality per testing methods
Actively participate in line changeover duties
Effectively troubleshoot and solve a range of problems including mechanical, electrical, and computer based
Ability to cross train and operate polystyrene, blown film, and converting equipment
Be a committed participant in the safety culture by:
Attending all training regarding safe operations to ensure personal and coworker safety
Constructively intervening as necessary with coworkers of all levels
Communicating unsafe conditions and being a part of their resolution
Assisting with the investigation and follow-up of on-the-job incidents
Following all safety programs, including lockout tagout, confined space, hotwork, Safe Work Permitting, etc.
Assist in the upkeep of a clean and organized work place
Foster teamwork with co-workers by:
Listening and responding constructively to other team members.
Expressing disagreement constructively (e.g. emphasizing points of agreement, suggesting alternatives that may be acceptable to the group).
Develop an awareness of the customers' needs. Consistently and proactively work to surpass their quality expectations under minimal supervision
Actively pursue new skills and job knowledge by initiating interactions with experienced operators and with the training team.
Perform other duties as assigned
Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain forklift certification in accordance with internal company and OSHA standards.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree (A. A.) in a related field preferred
Must have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
Must possess good problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact in a professional manner with employees
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook.
Willingness to work as team member or independently
Demonstrates initiative
Experience in maintenance or operation in plant setting is preferred.
Work Environment:
The work environment may include some or all of the following:
Inside and outside environment. Must be able to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
