Enforce, develop, and maintain safe working practices for all associates.
Schedule and track PTO, leaves, etc.
Lock and secure the building as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Workload is cyclical and often reactive and cannot be anticipated or planned for. Work pressure can be substantial during peak times, requiring considerable adaptability; disturbances of workflow, and/or irregularities in work schedule are expected and occur on an intermittent basis. This can present significant time pressures when strict adherence to deadlines is critical. Often many extra hours are required, weekend, weekday, and holidays. Regular overtime is required. Offsite work may involve visiting other Radius locations. Occasional travel is required.
Physical Activities Required to Perform Essential Functions:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, The Production Supervisor is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day planning and operation of the main production and fabrication operations. Summary:
The 1st Shift Production Supervisor plans, directs, and coordinates all work activities and resources necessary for the CNC machining and assembly of landing gear components. Qualifications
Previous leadership or supervisory history for a minimum of 2 years.
Must be mechanically inclined.
Must be able to pass physical and fit testing for respiratory protection if required.
Must be capable of standing or sitting for long durations.
Must have first aid, CPR, and AED certificate or ability to obtain certification.
Must have forklift license (propane, electric, aerial platform, and turret) or ability to obtain one.
Must have excellent time management skills.
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand basic English.

Education and Training Requirements
Forklift license for minimum 2 years preferred.

You'll supervise a 24/5 production team, own safety/quality/delivery targets, and coordinate with logistics to keep material moving. This role is ideal for a front -line leader who can develop people, improve processes, and keep lines running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Lead and coach ~15 hourly employees across 24/5 operations; handle hiring, onboarding, training, performance feedback, and recognition.
Plan, assign, and direct daily work to meet production schedules and priorities; maintain steady, uninterrupted shift operations.
Track output, OEE/throughput, labor hours, and downtime; maintain accurate time and production records.
Ensure shipments meet requirements; verify material and paperwork accuracy; coordinate with the logistics hub.
