Responsibilities:
Set up and operate machines to meet daily production goals
Start up and shut down machines safely
Fix basic problems with machines or support equipment
Change molds, materials, or colors when needed
Use a forklift or overhead crane to move molds
Connect hot runners, robotic arms, and other equipment if needed
Keep work area clean and organized
Check parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Stop machines if there is a problem and correct the issue
Perform daily machine checks for maintenance needs
Assist with writing instructions for ISO procedures
Follow all safety, quality, and company rules
Assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of plastic injection mold processing experience
Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane
Ability to read and follow setup instruction sheets
Follow all safety rules at all times
Reliable attendance and punctuality

**Responsibilities**
We work 12 hour shifts, we have day and night shift available. You work 4 days one week, 3 days one week. We get paid every two weeks so a standard pay check would be 76 hours straight time and 8 hours over-time.
Day shift is 6:00am to 6:30pm
Night shift is 6:00pm to 6:30am
2 week schedule example (Week 1 Work: Monday, Tuesday, Friday Saturday Week 2 Work: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday)
+ Adheres to safe work practices, policies, and procedures. Follows Good Manufacturing Practices, maintains sanitary conditions and ensures that product quality is maintained. Reports any conditions or practices that may adversely affect employee safety or food safety/quality to management immediately.
+ Operates equipment to maintain regulatory standards and compliance at all times.
+ Mix batches of product in accordance with batching and kitting instructions.
+ Responsible for accurately weighting of all ingredients to ensure consistent batching of products.
+ Responsible for cleaning and production set up of the mixing room including assembly and disassembly of all piping and pumps in the mixing room.
+ Responsible for selecting the correct production formulation in the formula editor to match production schedule.
+ Ensure accuracy and quality of the individual batches to be mixed and transferred to the proper holding tank.
+ Maintains active communication with other departments to ensure an efficient operation.
+ Record appropriate information on batch sheets to meet Quality Assurance and regulatory compliance.
+ Utilize scales and meters as needed to get as precise and accurate readings as possible.
+ Have general knowledge of the Clean in Place (CIP) system.
+ Proper equipment cleaning through use of Clean Out of Place (C.O.P.) tank.
+ Operate motorized material handling equipment.
+ Manage inventory consumptions or creation in inventory management system.
+ Alerts the Supervisor when major mechanical problems and process deviations occur and reports any system abnormalities to reduce the risk of, and damage to, the system or product.

Performs decontamination functions:
Disassembles, cleans and disinfects instruments and equipment used for patient care utilizing correct manual and mechanical processes. Injection Mold - 2nd

Location: Dublin, OH Employment Type: 2nd Shift, Full-time, temp-to-hire Job Brief Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring an Injection Mold for our client. Responsibilities include operating manual molding machines, trimming and separating parts, weighing and documenting quantities, and transferring scrap, runners, and finished products as needed. You'll also follow Good Manufacturing Practices, maintain clean work areas in line with 5S standards, and complete required documentation for compliance and line clearances.What's a Typical Day Like?
Monitors assigned molding machines.
Ensures that molded presses run efficiently, reporting issues to staff to correct.
Maintains a neat and orderly work cell, following 5S and cleaning practices.
Runs manual molding machines when required. Demonstrates accountability in providing and sustaining a positive Safety culture.
Answers press alarms to maximize press efficiencies.
Transfers scrap and runners to the grinding area.
Transfers parts to Central Store.
Reviews procedures to ensure compliance and reports discrepancies to Supervisor.
Reports processing problems to appropriate delegate for resolution. Meets all quality, quantity, and Good Manufacturing Practices to satisfy customer and Regulatory requirements.
Operates scales, document's correct part quantities and weigh up. Operates manual molding machines, trims parts off runners, separates runners, signs cleaning documents.
Maintains a neat and orderly work area to ensure efficiency and no safety hazards.
Starts and understands Line Clearances, reviews paperwork for proper documentation to comply with GMP procedures.
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
Must be detail oriented and have good manual dexterity and math skills Computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) preferred.
Knowledge and experience in use of mechanical and electronic measurement and test equipment preferred. Mechanical ability and aptitude necessary.
Education requirements can be obtained through an educational institution or gained through equivalent work experience.
Ability to read engineering or mechanical drawings preferred. Time management, communication, fast pace and multi-tasking abilities.
Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks to complete all work by the end of the shift.
Works with minimal supervision regarding routine tasks. Good decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to move or lift to 50+ lbs.
Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Communication skills.
