Dilip Goswami, president and CTO, previously served as VP of Technology at Advanced Technologies & Testing Laboratories where he lead research & development. He holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and B.S. from University of Florida. While at Stanford, Dilip worked with the Technology Venture Formation program on a medical device startup, Surgicool. Dilip Goswami is the president and CTO of Molekule, and co-founded the company to commercialize the technology that helped him solve his long-standing allergy and asthma problems.

Rajesh Sharma is the Chief Financial Officer at Molekule. He was the Executive Chairman at Aviation Technical Services before that.
