Thanksgiving turkey

Cons of working at Molex

Almost all benefits have been discontinued or significantly downsized. No bonus, no serious retirement. No longer a pension. Insurance coverage has been decreased and price increases. And so on.

Major medical insurance. Not even close to what it was when the Krehbiel family

Pros of working at Molex

The only pro of working at Molex would be their interest in pursuing new technology.

Cons of working at Molex

Cons would be encompass everything. Bad culture, bad management, if you don't fit the mold of what the manager deems to the ideal employee you will be ostricized or they will paint the picture you are.

None. Health benefits too high, 401k not stellar
