Almost all benefits have been discontinued or significantly downsized. No bonus, no serious retirement. No longer a pension. Insurance coverage has been decreased and price increases. And so on.

Going over my employee handbook I got 28 years ago when I was hired.

Far below industry standards.

Diversity is heavily weighed towards minorities.

Going home, my. days off.

The only pro of working at Molex would be their interest in pursuing new technology.

Cons would be encompass everything. Bad culture, bad management, if you don't fit the mold of what the manager deems to the ideal employee you will be ostricized or they will paint the picture you are.

None. Health benefits too high, 401k not stellar

It's a job in a town of low unemployment

The Management has no regards for workers. NO pay increases in 5 Plus years. Work, harder for less pay and benefits. You loose your self esteem. Want to quit

Insurance, I am able to work days, most all benefits have have been ended and removed

Company atmosphere and mindset, everyone was focused & high achieving in their respective business groups

It was harder to meet people than I expected
