In the role of Merchandiser working in Denver, CO you will be part of the Merchandising team. You will be a supporting role to the Distributor Sales Team. The Merchandiser executes the merchandising strategies within assigned retail chains. This role will generate sales by thoroughly servicing customers through proper restocking and rotation of products in coolers, shelves, displays and back stock receiving areas.

You will be responsible for assisting Concessions Sales reps prepare our products and signage for each event in our large venues (Coors Field, Red Rocks Park & Amphitheater, Empower Field At Mile High, Fiddler's Green Amphitheater, Ball Arena, Dicks Sporting Goods Park). You will be working in a team environment to insure all of our brands are represented in the best possible manner.

In the role of Sales Representative - Off Premise, working in Denver, Colorado you will be part of the Sales team. You will be responsible for selling distribution, promotions, negotiating pricing, and ultimately is responsible for how CDC brands are sold, marketed/promoted in the designated channel. High accountability with local CDC supplier partners to execute the agreed upon plans. All distribution goals must be sold by the sales representative directly to the retailer. In addition, how our brands are presented to our consumers is the sole responsibility of the sales representative. Accountable for maintaining customer relationships, and adhering to all CDC policies, and state and federal laws.
This position reports to the Area Sales Manager.
What You'll Be Brewing:
Sales/MBO Execution (60%)
* Sells monthly distribution objectives through monthly planning, preparation, accurate tracking, and communication.
* Prepare presentations, sales data, and proposals to support sales goals, new distribution, and features.
* Maintains continuous market/industry knowledge and current trends nationally and locally.
* Participates in supplier work with sales calls, market blitzes, event preparations, and recaps.
* Sell in the 6 Standards of Performance (Distribution, Price, Cold Box, Promotion, POS and Quality) on a daily and consistent basis.

**Crafted Highlights:**
The Technician - Cans will perform daily operation of equipment. In this role, you will perform quality checks multiple time per shift and be responsible for working both independently and as part of a team.
This position reports to the **Line Lead.**
**What You'll Be Brewing:**
+ Primary point person for troubleshooting any issues.
+ Conduct maintenance on machines.
+ Work in multiple areas.
+ Learn multiple machines.
+ Work safely while against deadlines.
**Key Ingredients:**
+ Providing own tools.
+ High attention to detail.
+ Ability to retain information.
+ Logical troubleshooting method.
+ Must be willing to work in hot/loud/dirty environment.
+ Able to work 12-hour shifts.
+ Majority of shift spent on feet.
+ Clear communication ability.
+ Mechanical experience preferred.
+ High likelihood career will begin on night shift.
