In the role of the Learning and Development Specialist working in our Trenton Brewery (onsite five days), you will be part of the Americas People Development Team. You will facilitate the implementation of the annual learning and development plan for your assigned area(s). You are the main contact point for the assigned area(s) to ensure a consistent application of the learning and development principles and current best approaches to drive a consistent, plant-wide learning approach and strategy.
This position reports to the Learning and Development Manager and works closely with the brewery and corporate People Development teams, the broader HR team, and the leaders and employees of the brewery. Onsite five days per week.
What You'll Be Brewing:
* Facilitate individual development of employees, including leveraging development plans for all employees in the assigned areas and deliver training as needed.
* Lead the implementation work of and manage the World Class Supply Chain Education and Training Pillar, skills attainment, and qualification process.
* Collaborate with and provide input to the corporate People Development team and local subject matter experts on content development for training initiatives, as appropriate.
* Execute the Education and Training Pillar Standard Work Processes for assigned area(s) and ensure effectiveness of training initiatives are tracked and measured.
* Partner with leaders within designated areas to create, implement and champion a long-term learning strategy.
* Provide input to the annual learning and development plan, including budgeting of labor hours and monitoring the learning and development budget for assigned areas.
* Capture, share and implement education and training current best approaches in processes and efficiencies, via communication with the World Class Supply Chain and enterprise learning and development community. Facilitate implementation of current best approaches.
* Create or ensure the development of standard operating procedures, including the on-going evolution of the procedures to accommodate changes, for all positions in assigned area(s).
* Ensure the processes established for intellectual knowledge transfer, including the established on-boarding program, are followed.
* Manage Learning Management System for scheduling, reporting, and various other learning related activities as needed.

In the role of Electrical Technician working in Trenton, Ohio, you will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for the packaging, brewing, and/or shipping of beer while continually investigating methods to improve the process, improve customer satisfaction, and produce quality products. Successful candidates will be a part of a production line team which requires operating production equipment and will also come with advanced Electrical abilities. This position is part of a team-based union environment that offers an 8 to 12 hr. work shift. Pays up to $39.48/hr.
This position reports to the Line Leader and works closely with their fellow Brewery Workers, Mechanics, and Electricians.
What You'll Be Brewing:
* Effectively and efficiently operate all production equipment throughout each work shift 90% of the time.
* Implement preventative maintenance tasks as well as the ability to perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities on equipment as necessary.
* Ensure the maximum efficiency of the operation while maintaining compliance with e stablished safety, quality, material usage, sanitation, budget, and scheduling guidelines in line with World Class Supply Chain Strategy
* Possess interpersonal skill to function effectively within the assigned team.
* Demonstrate impeccable attendance while working in an environment of varying temperature extremes; comfortable with the physical requirements of this position (standing, lifting, walking).

* You are 21 years of age or older.

Make sure routers, parameter sheets, or other necessary paperwork is signed off correctly.
Operator should also keep an eye on trying to improve existing jobs as well as develop new jobs.
Programs various EDM machines using the information provided on a DXF file or part drawing using either Mastercam or directly into the machine.
Complete First Piece Inspection, In-Process Inspection and Last Piece Inspections and stamp off with quality stamp.
Qualifications:
Minimum three (3) years of experience operating CNC and EDM machines.
Possess high integrity and ethical standards.

Maintain even flow through the shop and balance load where possible.
Work with other Supervisors to effectively share resources during peak demand times.
Work with department employees to continually find ways to improve efficiency & effectiveness numbers:
Efficiencies meet or exceed company standards; and
Provide written/documented feedback and direction for employees not meeting goals; and
Provide daily written feedback to Engineering on any wrong or inaccurate routers and or work orders.
Work with department employees to continually find ways to implement cost reductions:
Set up time reductions & cycle time reductions; and
Identify and implement opportunities to save and/or substitute material; and
Standardize and simplify both processes and products; and
Eliminate repair, rework & scrap through process improvement; and
Determine and document when work-in-process material doesn't meet specifications or doesn't work (i.e., capture Turnback's) and implement and document corrective action steps (i.e., capture Mistake Proofs).
Act as backup for and/or assist department employees as needed.
Office Support
Perform general office work as needed.
Assist Engineering with design evaluations.
Act as project manager for special projects, at the request of the Plant Manager/Director of Operations or the Vice President of Operations, which may include writing department procedures, updating quality assurance systems, and other projects.

Position Requirements
Education & Experience
High school equivalency is required. BA/BS Degree in Management/Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing operations.
Skill Competencies
Working knowledge of shop practices and procedures.
Working knowledge of inventory control, order entry, and related duties.
Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
Knowledge of OSHA standards CFR1911.
Able to analyze information gathered to identify potential problems or discrepancies.
Able to balance multiple responsibilities to multiple internal customers and prioritize them to meet required deadlines.
Skilled at solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists. Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
