1953 The original Momar management and MoChem sales force, the backbone of our founding philosophy.

1978

1978 The AquaTrol division is founded to formulate and manufacture advanced water treatment products.

1990

1990 The MoMarket division is developed specifically to answer the cleaning and sanitizing challenges of the food processing industry.

2003

2003 Among the first in the industry, Momar launches its Greenaction Product Line of environmentally friendly cleaning products.

2008

2008 Julian Mohr, Jr. becomes the third generation leader charged with ensuring that Momar's founding principles continue into the future.

2010

2010 The Safetyman division is established to address industrial safety needs.

2016

2016 Momar receives Green Seal™ approval on Tough-As-Nails Green and Pry-Bar, two effective and environmentally preferred floor cleaners.

2018

2018 Momar acquires AIS Specialty Products, further increasing our service capabilities on the west coast of the United States.
