Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting both internal and external customers with orders via telephone and email.
Duties/Responsibilities:
First point of contact for general inquires regarding orders and products
Manage the shipping and routing of orders with freight carriers.
Accurately process and track orders until delivery. Provide proof of deliveries
Coordinate with other departments to resolve inquires.
Responsible for entering, editing, and replacing orders.
Email Invoices and Process payments
Respond to emails in the Customer Service Email Workbox
RMA's for FedEx and Truckline orders
Assist in training new Customer Service Representatives
Complete credit memos and 60 Day Letters
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast paced.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills required.
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
Education and Experience:

Shift hours are from 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday.
