The Customer Service Rep 1 - CSCC is responsible for providing quality technical support to Momentum's White Label Enterprise resellers, customers, and end-users. Escalated issues are tracked to resolution.
This position is located in our Cartersville, GA office. 100% in-office attendance is expected during training. A hybrid schedule (requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office) may be approved after onboarding, dependent on meeting employee performance, attendance and conduct standards and any additional needs for future training. (Note: For approval of hybrid work, employees must maintain acceptable internet connection speed suitable for VOIP services for their home office. If this cannot be guaranteed, then employees would be expected to report to the office.)
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing superior customer service and technical support to data and voice subscribers.
Field inbound Calls resolving technical VoIP and data connections issues.
Meet all individual performance goals and standards.
Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance and demonstrate a sense of urgency for customer impacting issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
As a Contact Center we need to have sufficient staff to service incoming call volumes. This position is interactive, and responsible for serving our customers. Regular and predictable job attendance is an essential function of this position.
Initiate, update, escalate, track and close trouble tickets. Monitor for ticket responses in accordance with established SLA's
Troubleshoot and resolve MSO escalations as well as subscriber-level data/voice issues, including equipment and application issues.
Submit service dispatch requests (truck rolls)
Perform outbound calls to customers/end-users as follow-up to open cases
Demonstrate friendly, caring, empathetic support to both internal and external business customers.
Adhere to Momentum policies and procedures.
Maintain acceptable performance according to published standards.
Other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Manager of Wholesale Account Management is responsible for leading a group of Account Managers focused on relationship development and achievement of financial goals within our reseller account base. This position will regularly communicate with our customers to ensure we're delivering solutions and an overall experience that meets customers expectations.
Essential Duties
Annual in-person business review meeting with each Top 25 account, oversee completion of action items from each meeting
Attend 5 in-person meetings annually with each Account Manager, use in-person meeting checklist to provide feedback to AM following each meeting
Live contact each quarter with all accounts billing over $1,000/month
Analyze performance to budget and create plans for high growth and underperforming accounts
Lead customer communication for accounts requesting/needing escalation above Account Manager. Assist with internal leadership communication to overcome challenges Account Managers are facing.
Schedule recurring weekly 1-1 with each Account Manager to discuss account strategy, upcoming renewals, jeopardy accounts, monthly calls/Activities, escalations and any other items Account Manager may need assistance with. Track all discussion topics and action items with weekly updates through closure in a spreadsheet tracker.
Work with Account Managers for early identification of red flags for accounts in jeopardy of leaving, use SWAT process to manage these accounts
Keep track of account contract end dates, discuss strategy for each account with Account Manager and ensure timely conversation with customers.
Design training plan for new hire employment with 30/60/90 day goals and reviews, schedule recurring meetings with new hire for first 90 days to track progress and closely discuss customer requests and strategy, regularly join customer calls over first six months and shadow first five in-person customer meetings to take place within first six months of employment

* Able to attach/detach various types of hardware, strand, cables, buildings, or poles.
* Repair and maintain major cable system coax and fiber and structures such as broken lashing, replacing or re-sagging aerial strand, pole transfers, down-guys, aerial to underground conversion, substructure repairs and cable replacements related to system outages, maintenance, rebuilds and emergencies or hazards.
* Perform construction work such as placing and removing poles and anchors, pulling and strand wire and cable from pole to pole, laying cable and conduit in the ground. (May include assisting ground crews with burying underground plant.)
* Understand how to efficiently set up the job (strand, cable, fiber, and caddies).
* Understand clearances requirements from the other utilities, ground, road, highway, sidewalk, and non-pedestrian areas.
* Ensure that all work considers the safety of the customer and public and compliance with all governmental orders.
* Ability to safely utilize bucket trucks, access manholes, and hand holes.
* Use of hand tools, ladders, and equipment to assist in the completion of an assigned project.
