They offer so many ways to get paid and so much in the way of free training and personal development. The culture is amazing, and people are thriving when they put their minds to growing their own partnership with the company.
Being a hairstylist can choose to partner with them, has made it easy to travel the globe and make sure that your retirement has a hope for the future without breaking your back and making risky investments in the stock market. There’s also a car program at the middle of the top, which is pretty much unheard of in most direct sales jobs. They pay more than any other product company for representatives that I have ever seen.
They are constantly looking for innovative ways to bring new products to our field, and they are leading with cutting edge to allergies that no one has ever seen before. They have third-party testing and our own scientific advisory board with doctors that make sure our process are safe. Privately, so there is no one, trying to dilute the solutions for more profits in their own pockets. They keep the commissions for the reps high by making sure that the company stays private.
There is not much I could say that would help improve the companies culture. It really depends on the person who is looking for the opportunity and how they will manage themselves. You are working under a 1099 – NEC, so it is completely up to you how you want to run your business other than following the rules that the partnership agreement asked you to, maintaining integrity of the companies goals.
I was first a customer, and then I was approached by another market partner to see if I was interested in swapping out all of my back part in the salon for a healthier choice to use my customers. After a month of use on my shelf, there was not much I could do to deny the results of the product that performed, and the safety of the ingredients compared to what I was using some other well-known brands.
As a hairstylist, there aren’t many brands willing to compensate you this well for being a product rep. There are 10 different ways to get paid and some of the different things that you may not get offered from another brand our chance to earn shares in the companies quarterly revenue payout like a dividend, Car program that offers you money towards a down payment and monthly payments for your car, paid for trips around the world, and around $.50 on the dollar from the companies revenue gets paid back to each partner in the market.
It is so completely diverse and Global that I have seen just about any and everything that you could imagine for representation in our company. I feel proud to be a part of the representation and also a part of the culture that excepts everyone just as who they are.
Knowing that I can work from anywhere that I have Wi-Fi and I can serve my hair clients well past the years of me being able to do hair due to any physical limitations or location. I am able to help everyone feel beautiful in their own hair or skin needs, even if I am not physically present to be the one doing services on them. The culture in the company is so amazing and unexpected. I moved 2000 miles away from all of my clients and hometown, but I did not have to worry about still having a group of friends because of this culture in the company and it is such an amazing feeling to know that I have made friends for life.
