About MoneyGram
We're rebuilding one of the most trusted names in fintech-and doing it like a startup.
MoneyGram has been a global leader in cross-border payments for decades, and now we're entering our most exciting chapter yet: a full-speed, full-scale re-founding led by Anthony Soohoo, with the backing of private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners.
With a globally recognized brand, deep infrastructure across 200 countries, and millions of loyal customers, the foundation is strong-and the scale is unreal. We're now reimagining just how much further we can take it.
We're rebuilding our growth engine -faster, smarter, and more customer-obsessed than ever. Fewer layers. Sharper strategy. Disciplined execution. A bias for action. We're looking for bold operators and builders ready to run at this opportunity, shape the future of a scaled business, and leave their mark.
About The Role
We're hiring a Senior Organic Content Creator to lead our global social presence across platforms-driving relevance, reach, and engagement with the audiences that matter most.
You'll own the day-to-day strategy and execution of our organic channels-especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging formats. You'll build and manage a social content engine that's data-driven, fast, creator-first, and deeply plugged into culture. You'll also work closely with Field Marketing, CRM, Creative, and Performance teams to amplify campaigns, support key markets, and turn social into a true growth lever.
If you're obsessed with creating scroll-stopping content, spotting trends before they peak, and building social systems that scale-we'd love to talk.
What You'll Do
* Own the global organic social strategy-with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels that reach our core customer base.
* Rapidly produce, edit, and publish original content, including being on camera as applicable
* Manage a high-volume content calendar across campaigns, product launches, cultural moments, and regional spotlights.
* Collaborate with creators and UGC partners to bring authentic, community-driven content to our channels.
* Partner with Field Marketing, Performance Creative, and CRM to align social with broader campaigns and unlock cross-channel impact.
* Lead social listening and community engagement-monitoring trends, responding to conversations, and amplifying what works.
* Track performance metrics and own reporting-sharing insights that inform creative, platform strategy, and audience development.
* Stay ahead of AI, trends and algorithms-you'll be the first to know when a tool or format is blowing up, and the first to test it.
* Monitor leading TikTok & Instagram strategists and official platform accounts to foresee changes
* Engage with the community daily through comments, direct messages, collaborations, and social listening
What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years of experience in organic social media or content strategy, ideally in a fast-growth B2C or community-focused business
* Experience must include 3 years of hands-on video & image content creation
* Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities, with a focus on social platforms
* Proven track record of growing and managing accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
* Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or UGC networks to scale content production
* Sharp instincts for what performs-paired with a data mindset and creative flair
* Strong project management, data and communication skills-you can run a calendar, brief a creator, film customer testimonials from your phone, and understand what is driving better impact
* Comfortable with tools like Sprout, Dash Hudson, or other publishing/listening platforms.
* Passionate about culture, trends, and customer behavior-especially in global, multilingual contexts
* An AI-first mindset: proficient in tools such as MidJourney, Runway, Higgsfield, Gumloop, Sora2, Nano Banana
Here are some reasons it is so easy to love your career with us!
* Remote First Flexibility
* Generous PTO
* 13 Paid Holidays
* Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance
