Reporting into the Digital Acquisition Marketing team, this role will be responsible for expanding our brand visibility and driving new customer acquisition by optimizing our presence in LLM/answer engine responses.
If you thrive at the intersection of content strategy, structured data, and AI-era SEO - and you want to join a team on the front lines, helping us define the next wave of content marketing and search experience optimization-this is a critical individual contributor role designed to accelerate target audience awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate UGC response and advocacy. Coordinate a multi-team process to ensure timely, high-quality, and LLM-friendly answers are provided on Reddit, Stack Overflow, and similar UGC platforms. Develop and execute a community strategy, including “build in public” tactics and user-driven advocacy. Use strategic community engagement to increase our visibility and positive sentiment, directly impacting brand mentions in LLM responses
Develop and analyze LLM performance tracking. Collaborate with analytics and leverage LLM visibility tools to establish reporting on community engagement effectiveness, LLM citation impact across third-party sites, and LLM contributions to new customer acquisition. Help us measure what matters-specifically the influence of external content on LLM outputs and conversions
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in community management, SEO, digital strategy, or technical content marketing, preferably in a technical or developer-focused organization
Exceptional ability to lead, influence, and coordinate execution across teams (Developer Relations, Marketing, etc.) without formal direct reports

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies
