You'll own the Expansion Squad - our digital growth engine for mid-market customers. Your mission: guide existing Atlas customers to grow their usage of MongoDB across new environments, new applications, and larger workloads. You'll turn ambiguous "growth potential" into crisp product bets, human experiences, and set the standard for how we scale Atlas upmarket with and without a human in the loop.
You'll partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Ops, and you'll be accountable for moving a single, unflinching number.
This role follows a hybrid working model in our New York City office, or can be performed remotely from central to the east United States.
**What you'll do**
+ Own the Expansion product strategy and roadmap - define segments, journeys, and experiments to drive account growth
+ Ship friction-killing features for multi-app and multi-team orgs (e.g., project cloning, streamlined user invites and roles, org-to-project patterns, workload templates)
+ Build and iterate digital nudges: smart prompts, upgrade paths, in-app moments, email triggers, and journey orchestration that keep MongoDB top of mind for the next workload
+ Partner with Marketing on lifecycle campaigns and with Data Science on targeting models (propensity to expand, workload detection, cohort health)
+ Instrument the journey end-to-end-set clear events, funnels, and cohort views; deliver weekly insights on what moves conversion
+ Collaborate with Sales & CS and Lead Flow to align digital-led expansion with enterprise motions; ensure clean handoffs for truly "sales-worthy" accounts while keeping most growth self-serve
+ Champion quality and scale: build for reliability, permissions, compliance, and org hygiene so larger customers trust Atlas for every new app
**What we look for**
+ 3-5+ years in productmanagement for B2B SaaS (ideally PLG), with a track record of driving expansion, monetization, or retention
+ Background in engineering (computer science, electrical, software)
+ Know your way around data: cohorts, revenue metrics (MRR, GRR), funnels, experimentation; you can separate correlation from causation
+ Comfortable with platform and infrastructure products and developer experiences
+ Write clean, concise docs; align teams; and make decisions with incomplete data
+ Data-driven and business-minded - you understand why products resonate with customers and know how to measure long-term impact
+ Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify insights, uncover opportunities, and translate findings into actionable strategies
**Nice to have**
+ Experience with developer platforms, data infrastructure, or cloud services
+ Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, journey orchestration, and in-app messaging systems

Unify fragmented customer tools into a cohesive experience that helps customers detect, attribute, and control costs.
Leverage AI to enable proactive usage management through monitors, budgets, and anomaly alerts that surface usage spikes early and reduce time spent on investigations
Improve attribution and tagging to enable granular chargebacks and resource-level ownership, collaborating closely with other internal product teams to connect experiences.
Partner with Design to deliver intuitive, scalable visualizations of spend and usage that empower both engineering and FinOps personas,
Collaborate cross-functionally with billing, metering, and other product teams to ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency of cost and usage data across Datadog.
Measure success through adoption metrics, reduced time-to-diagnosis for cost anomalies, and customer satisfaction with cost visibility.
Who you are:
5+ years of ProductManagement experience, including ownership of customer-facing data or usage interfaces in complex SaaS or infrastructure environments.
Comfortable working across deeply technical systems (metering, billing, data pipelines) while delivering elegant UI and user workflows.
Skilled in translating between usage data models and customer mental models, understanding how cost visibility drives trust and adoption.
Passionate about improving complex, interconnected product ecosystems, with a focus on end-to-end experience quality.
Strong communicator who thrives in highly cross-functional environments and can align design, engineering, and product teams on a shared vision.
Experience working with FinOps, observability, or cost transparency tooling is a plus.

Datadog 4.2
New York, NY jobs
Customers depend on Datadog's Incident Managementproduct in crisis moments - when outages threaten their business - and your work will shape how teams respond and learn.
As a ProductManager II, you'll own the product that turns chaos into calm: declaring incidents, rallying responders, coordinating remediation, and turning every outage into a learning opportunity that prevents the next one. This is a broad, technically rich product - you'll own features across real-time UIs, automation, AI-powered summaries and recommendations, documentation and runbooks, task and incident state management, analytics, and deep integrations with third-party chat and video platforms.
You'll own the features that reduce Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) for some of the world's most complex cloud systems, partnering closely with the rest of the product organization to deliver end-to-end incident response. Your work will be highly visible to customers and internal stakeholders and will shape how organizations run reliable services at scale.

Be accountable for the growth of the Datadog incident managementproduct
Work with Design and Engineering teams to develop product priorities and roadmaps that inspire our teams' best work and deliver real value
Work with the Sales, Account Management, Marketing and Solutions teams to close deals and support existing customers

Who You Are:
An experienced ProductManager, ideally at a SaaS company
You are customer-minded with a high quality standard for the product to be delivered
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to present and defend your ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

Product Manager II - Software Delivery Suite
Datadog 4.2
New York, NY jobs
At Datadog, we're on a relentless mission to build the best platform in the world for engineers to truly understand and scale their systems, applications, and teams. Operating at an unprecedented scale - processing trillions of data points per day - we empower seamless collaboration and problem-solving for tens of thousands of companies globally. Our engineering culture thrives on pragmatism, honesty, and simplicity, tackling complex challenges the right way.
SDLC Observability
Datadog's Software Delivery Platform starts with a comprehensive, end-to-end visibility across the entire SDLC, helping customers catch issues before production, optimize costs, and accelerate delivery. Our product suite includes granular insights into CI/CD pipelines, intelligent test management and optimization, code quality gates, and automated DORA metrics across every major CI provider. This is more than monitoring; it's about preventing failures, removing bottlenecks and eliminating developer disruptions at scale.
Runtime, Machine learning and Curiosity
This role requires a continued curiosity to explore uncharted spaces while innovating in more established ones. With the rise of AI-generated code, the volume of Pull Requests, CI runs, and Tests is growing fast, creating more noise, higher costs, and new bottlenecks for engineering teams.
We're tackling the impact of that growth on SDLC by absorbing and root-cause fixing CI instability, and generating/updating/orchestrating thousands of tests using production signals and quantifying how AI impacts SDLC. We have an appetite to solve hard problems in clever ways. Our users trust us with their observability data and we work hard to put it to good use for them. At Datadog, we are looking for a ProductManager II to help us evolve the Software Delivery Suit to work on all these spaces to help developers ship faster, safer, and with less cognitive load.
At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
What You'll Do
Uncover Developer / Platform Eng Needs: You will conduct user research and analyze usage data to understand how teams at different scales (from startups to massive enterprises) struggle with pipeline noise, testing and deployment risk.
Owning and accelerating parts of the Software Delivery business: Drive adoption of CI/CD Visibility, Test Optimization, and Code Quality products, optimize customer onboarding, and ensure robust revenue growth across Platform Engineers and Developers.
Define the experience: From intuitive pipeline visibility to intelligent test selection, quality gates, and Auto Test generation - ensuring every developer ships code with confidence and speed.
Strategize to win the market: Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to perfect positioning while enabling field teams to articulate how we help in the larger Datadog suite.
Who You Are
Product Thinker: You have 3-5 years of experience in ProductManagement or a combined background in Engineering/DevOps and Product. You understand how to break down big problems into shippable iterations.
Developer Empathy: You have a technical background or a strong familiarity with the SDLC. You understand concepts like CI pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab), Test Flakiness, Deployment strategies (Canary, Blue/Green), and why developers hate being blocked by infrastructure.
Data-Driven: You are comfortable with analytics tools to query usage data, prove a hypothesis, and measure the success of a feature launch.
Adaptable: You are comfortable with ambiguity. Our strategy involves moving fast to solve new problems created by AI coding assistants; you are excited to pivot focus between Testing, CI, and Deployments based on where the biggest value lies.
Collaborator: You have excellent communication skills and can work effectively with distributed engineering teams, building consensus and keeping projects on track.
Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you're passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.
Benefits & Growth:
New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)
Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathing
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
Quarterly Datadog Days (company-wide mental health days)
Annual DASH conference and team offsites
Dog-friendly offices and inclusive company culture
Access to Community Guilds and Inclusion Talks
Competitive compensation targeting 75th percentile of market
Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog.

We're looking for our first Product Marketing Manager dedicated to this new AI Security product line. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and storytelling for one of Datadog's most innovative initiatives - sitting at the intersection of AI, security, and observability.

Own messaging, positioning, and content strategy to articulate how our products solve key customer problems. You will enable fellow marketers to execute relevant campaigns and marketing programs.
Work in lockstep with sales, marketing and product to shape launch plans, and drive customer awareness, interest, and adoption programs.
Drive sales readiness. Equip Datadog sellers with the knowledge and resources they need to demonstrate the value of our offerings at every step of the purchase cycle.
Conduct competitive market research on emerging AI threats and vendor activity.
Thought Leadership: Partner with community, advocacy, and research teams to generate impactful thought leadership content and resources to establish our leadership position in AI security.
Who You Are:
A product and business leader with 6+ years in a Product Marketing, ProductManagement, and/or Sales Engineer role
Experience in AI, cybersecurity, and/or developer platforms
You understand the AI model lifecycle - from training to deployment, and are familiar with new evolving threats such as prompt injection, data and model poisoning, supply chain, and data exfiltration
You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and are passionate about operating from zero-to-one, testing and iterating quickly
Exceptional positioning, messaging, and storytelling skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling value and outcome-oriented stories
You've got the versatility to demonstrate the power of our products to technical audiences, and articulate the business impact to executive buyers
You are a self-starter, avid learner, and passionate about how AI will redefine security, privacy and trust.
