Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Ascent Capital Group, Inc. William E. NilesWilliam E. Niles has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Ascent Capital Group, Inc., formerly Ascent Media Corporation since the spin-off of the company from Discovery Holding Company in September 2008, and also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Ascent Media Group (“AMG”) from January 2002 until the sale of AMG on December 31, 2010. From August 2006 through February 2008, Mr. Niles was a member of AMG’s executive committee. Prior to 2002, Mr. Niles was a senior executive handling legal and business affairs within AMG and its predecessor companies.

Jason Chancellor is a Chief Information Officer at Brinks Home Security and is based in Coppell, Texas. He has worked as Sr Manager - Software Development at SOUTHWEST AIRLINES CO, Vice President - IT Application Development at Clarine B., and Software Development Manager at AOA Software. Jason studied at The University of Texas at Austin.

Chris Nein joined Brinks Home Security™ in 2018 with 25 years of successfully securing and growing revenue streams. He was previously President of the West Region at Windstream, overseeing strategy, sales, revenue protection and operations for direct sales, account management, and dealer channel sales.

For seven years, Chris was Vice President and General Manager of Direct Sales for Windstream. Before that, he was president of the telecom consulting firm Group9 Communications, focusing on developing innovative strategies for international carriers to build a presence in the U.S. He also was Vice President of North America for Global Telesystems, and Vice President of International Carrier Sales for Global Crossing, Ltd.

Fred Graffam is an EVP and CFO at Brinks Home Security.

Kelly Atkinson joined Brinks Home in March of 2021 with over two decades of experience working with Fortune 500 companies to drive revenue and customer growth.

Most recently, Kelly was at Charter Communications, where she was Head of Marketing for Consumer and SMB. She oversaw Charter’s digital sales channel, which was the second-largest channel for the company. She was also responsible for prospect and customer communication and retention programs to drive improved customer value. Kelly successfully launched the company’s wireless business and grew it to more than 1 million customers in the first year. Before Charter, Kelly worked for Rogers Communications and Time Warner Cable in senior leadership roles, where she was instrumental in developing markets, growing revenue, and improving customer relationships. Kelly also worked for Citi and Discover Card earlier in her career.

Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Communications and Marketing from Villanova University. Kelly has also received numerous awards for her leadership and dedication to excellence.

Min joined the management team at Brinks Home Security in October 2020 with more than 14 years of global leadership experience.

Prior to joining Brinks Home Security, Min was at Samsung, where she led their U.S. content & service and CX strategy as well as various growth initiatives, including Go-To-Market. She was responsible for launching new flagship smartphones and First/Third party services in the U.S. market including device owner community app, mobile wallet, voice-assistant, and subscription-based gaming services. She bridged the technical and business worlds on multiple projects that have been a key contribution to the company's evolution from a hardware manufacturer to an experience and ecosystem driven technology company. Prior to Samsung, Min was a management consultant with Boston Consulting Group.

Min holds a MBA from The Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Yonsei University. Born and Raised in Seoul, South Korea, she now lives in Allen, TX, with her husband and son.
