Served as general counsel of $3.5-billion healthcare system consisting of 18 hospitals and multi-state managed care operations. Also served as general counsel for a publicly traded national provider of treatment for addiction and co-occurring psychiatric disorders. Formerly an M&A and securities partner at Bass, Berry & Sims PLC. Extensive experience with respect to managed care and hospital operations, strategic transactions, litigation management, healthcare regulatory law, SEC filings and 1934 Act disclosure. Began legal career in the Los Angeles office O'Melveny & Myers LLP. Previously worked as news reporter at the Los Angeles Times.

Thomas Lilly is a Chief of Staff at Monogram Health Inc and is based in New York City, New York. He has worked as Manager, IFP Product Development at Bright Health; Health Care Investment Banking at Cowen and Company; and Associate, Business Development at Bright Health. Thomas studied at Bowdoin College between 2010 and 2014.
