    Monoprice is seeking a hands-on Demand Planner & Forecasting Lead to own and modernize our demand planning and buying cadence across all sales channels. This role will be responsible for unifying bottoms-up forecasts from Ecommerce, Amazon & marketplaces, B2B sales pipelines, and distribution into a single, operationally actionable demand signal that directly drives purchasing, inventory positioning, and supply planning. This is a builder role. Today, demand planning is distributed across teams and largely managed through manual Excel workflows. We are looking for someone who will take ownership, introduce best-practice structure, and progressively move us toward a more automated, scalable, and repeatable planning cadence. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Unified Forecast Ownership Own the consolidated demand forecast across all Monoprice channels, Ecommerce (monoprice.com), Amazon Retail & marketplaces, B2B / Enterprise sales pipelines (via RevOps & SalesOps) & Distribution / wholesale channels. Convert channel-level forecasts and pipeline data into a bottoms-up master demand plan. Own forecasting and inventory alignment for all sales channels globally, ensuring cohesive planning across regions. Drive forecast alignment across all channels and regions to support strategic inventory positioning, revenue outcomes, and business growth. Buying Cadence & Supply Signal Translate demand forecasts into actionable buying cadences for Purchasing and Supply Chain. Partner closely with Product Management, Purchasing, and Supply Chain to drive timely, right-sized purchase orders and inventory positioning. Translate forecasts into actionable plans that optimize inventory, reduce stockouts, and directly impact revenue and cash flow. Process Ownership & Maturation Take full ownership of the demand planning process, transitioning us from fragmented, manual Excel workflows into a scalable, automated planning framework . Design and implement standardized forecasting cadences, assumptions, version control, and governance. Lead and mentor Junior planners and cross-functional team members to build forecasting capabilities. Introduce automation and tooling improvements over time (NetSuite demand planning tools a plus) and continuously evolve processes and systems to enable scalability and best-in-class planning practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the central demand planning hub between Ecommerce, Sales, RevOps, SalesOps, Distribution, Purchasing, and Supply Chain. Improve forecast accuracy, bias tracking, and forecast vs. actual analysis across all channels. Partner with executive leadership to present forecasts, scenarios, and recommendations that inform strategic business decisions. Analytics & Continuous Improvement Establish KPIs and reporting for forecast accuracy, bias, and inventory health. Drive continuous improvement of planning assumption. Accountable for forecast accuracy, inventory health, and revenue impact, providing actionable insights to optimize supply chain and financial outcomes. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team adherence to forecast processes, KPIs, and best practices. Other Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the central demand planning hub across Ecommerce, Sales, RevOps, SalesOps, Distribution, Purchasing, and Supply Chain. Continually assess planning assumptions, seasonality models, and pipeline-to-revenue conversion logic to improve forecast quality. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on demand trends, risks, and opportunities. Support scenario planning and what-if analysis to inform decision-making during demand shifts or supply constraints. Document processes and best practices to ensure consistency, transparency, and scalability. As the team grows, take responsibility for hiring, coaching, and performance management of demand planners Other duties may be assigned to accomplish company or department objectives. Education & Experience 5+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, or related roles. Proven experience building or transforming demand planning processes. Strong analytical, modeling, and Excel/BI skills. Experience integrating sales pipeline data with demand forecasting strongly preferred. NetSuite demand planning experience a plus (not required). Highly collaborative, process-oriented, and comfortable working in evolving environments. Experience managing or mentoring a team of planners or analysts is strongly preferred. Senior Client Solutions Engineer The Senior Client Solutions Engineer assists AHEAD Client Directors through formal technical presentations and technical design assistance of AHEAD's solution and service offerings to existing and prospective clients.
