I worked on the corporate side for 4 years and got a single 1.5% raise 2 weeks before they laid us all off and outsourced our department to India. Perks? Benefits? Never heard of them

By not expecting to get paid a fair wage for the responsibilities
Every employee I met at Monro corporate hated it. Everyone at the director level or above is too afraid of finding a new job to admit they hate it.

Everything, management, corporate office, no tools, no machinery, no inventory, sucky vendors, faulty equipment, cheap paying, unnecessary procedures, Osha nightmare. Company shut shut down all eastern locations.
Nothing everything sucks.

Nothing worth the headache to be completely honest.
