General Service - front and back shop
Salary Range: $ 16.00 - $ 19.00 per hour. This role is eligible for additional incentives.
* Successfully complete Monro's training program to enable Guest Care Specialist to execute the Monro selling process.
* First point of contact for guests on the phone and in the store. Responsible for engaging guests, scheduling appointments, building trust, understanding needs, communicating processes and timelines, and presenting needed services following the Monro selling
* process. Responsible for the organization and productivity of the service business through estimate and invoice transactions.
* Under the direction of management, assists in various aspects of guest care, work order completion and register assistance, facility maintenance, and outside purchase ordering.
* This position is a secondary key carrier responsible for basic and detailed opening and closing responsibilities.
* Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund and return policies. Works with the management team to react to guest service issues, guest complaints, and/or business opportunities.
* Able to understand and effectively communicate all products and services Monro offers to guests.
* Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, Governmental standards including environmental codes and ANSI/OSHA standards. Consistent use of all required safety standards set forth in training and policies and procedures.
* Partner with Management to produce a safe and health work environment that complies with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as with company policies and procedures.

* Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description

The Manager Environmental, Health and Safety - Commercial Tire and Service Centers (CTSC) provides environmental, health and safety (EHS) leadership to develop/sustain a hazard-free work environment and promote a comprehensive safety culture. + Manage the incident investigation process for EHS events in CTSC and Mileage Sales. Oversee/Implement the elements of the process (including coordination of reporting, investigations, documentation, and management of incidents/corrective actions). Oversee regular audits/inspections of company work areas (office/shops, field locations, plants, trucks, and equipment).
+ Act as a liaison to corporate EHS through on-going communication, collaboration and reporting. Establish practices for the proper disposal of waste streams. Design/Implement hazardous spill prevention/response plans for each location.
+ Ensure Retread plants/centers, Truck Care Centers, and Mileage Sales locations are appropriately permitted for applicable environmental laws, tire storage/disposal, and chemical usage. Oversee the testing of emissions and ensure Retread plants comply with environmental regulations.
**What We're Looking For**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field.

Global Mold Engineering is responsible for the design and technical support of all tire molds and related equipment for all regions in which Goodyear operates. The department also develops and maintains applications, tools and standards used in the design process. The Mold Automation Engineer will be responsible for the creation, continuous improvement and maintenance of mold engineering tools and processes. Responsibilities will also include the design and modeling of various mold types and the associated tooling.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Create solid models/drawings detailing tire tread patterns and tooling to be used in the manufacture of tire molds. Leverage this experience to identify process/tool inefficiencies.
+ Provide technical support to tire designers, mold manufacturers, and tire plants.
+ Develop new modeling tools/technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of Global Mold Engineering. Use automation to continuously improve our processes and eliminate non-value added tasks. Evaluate AI tools for potential usage within Global Mold Engineering.
+ Participate on teams to bring new tire products to market and resolve issues
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
+ Experience with C++,C#, Python or simlar
+ Experience with HLSL, GLSL, Slang or similar
+ Experience with Vulkan, OpenGL, DirectX or similar
+ Experience with CATIA V5, CREO or similar
+ Experience with Teamcenter PLM or similar

The Senior Manager International Tax will perform a variety of functions related to international tax including: provide highly specialized guidance on complex global tax matters, conducting research and analysis of complex tax issues and ensuring compliance with tax laws, BEPS Pillar Two Global Minimum Tax expertise including developing and implementing strategies to navigate the complexities of GMT, and assist with tax planning opportunities, including optimizing tax structures, mitigating risks, and advising on the tax implications of business decisions.
Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Tax Planning and Strategy:
+ Identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities, including optimizing tax structures, mitigating risks, and advising on the tax implications of business decisions and transactions (e.g., mergers and acquisitions) and legal entity optimization to positively Impact Profit and Loss (P&L) and Cash Flow.
+ Provide tax research (for special projects) to improve cash flow/net income regarding tax planning, organizational structuring, business and cross-border transactions.
+ Liaise with business units to implement specific tax projects - Improving financial results.
OECD BEPS Initiatives - Global Minimum Tax (Pillar Two) and Action 13 requirements:
+ Lead the planning, assessment, implementation, and monitoring of processes related to Pillar Two tax regime, including analyzing financial data, reviewing calculations of potential tax liabilities, and ensuring compliance with evolving rules across various jurisdictions.
+ Supervise the preparation and submission of the global Master File, CbCR reports and notifications, including monitoring and complying with public disclosure requirements.
Technical Research Skills:
+ Expertise in utilizing tax research platforms (CCH, Bloomburg Tax, etc.)
+ Ability to write and present technical tax memoranda and white papers.
+ Keeping abreast of new international tax developments and assessing their potential impact on the Company.
+ Provide guidance on application of U.S. and international tax laws & regulations for certain tax compliance requirements
Tax Technology and Process Improvement:
+ Identify and support initiatives to leverage tax technology solutions, streamline tax processes, and enhance efficiency in tax management.
KEY EXPERIENCES
10 or more years of experience encompassing:
+ Comprehensive Federal (domestic/international) tax compliance experience with large multi-national corporation
+ Working knowledge of U.S. Federal (domestic/international), state and Latin America (LA) tax laws and Asia Pacific (AP), U.S. GAAP and international tax rules/practices
+ Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP deferred tax accounting rules
+ Experience working in a team environment (drawing upon collective ideas to develop meaningful strategies and plans).
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting is required; CPA, Master of Tax, MBA, or advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:
General Service - front and back shop
Salary Range: $ 16.00 - $ 19.00 per hour. This role is eligible for additional incentives.
Successfully complete Monro's training program to enable Guest Care Specialist to execute the Monro selling process.
First point of contact for guests on the phone and in the store. Responsible for engaging guests, scheduling appointments, building trust, understanding needs, communicating processes and timelines, and presenting needed services following the Monro selling
process. Responsible for the organization and productivity of the service business through estimate and invoice transactions.
Under the direction of management, assists in various aspects of guest care, work order completion and register assistance, facility maintenance, and outside purchase ordering.
This position is a secondary key carrier responsible for basic and detailed opening and closing responsibilities.
Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund and return policies. Works with the management team to react to guest service issues, guest complaints, and/or business opportunities.
Able to understand and effectively communicate all products and services Monro offers to guests.
Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, Governmental standards including environmental codes and ANSI/OSHA standards. Consistent use of all required safety standards set forth in training and policies and procedures.
Partner with Management to produce a safe and health work environment that complies with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as with company policies and procedures.
Maintain an organized and neat guest waiting area.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
General Service Front and Back Shop
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable) preferred.
Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and have the ability to operate customer's vehicles to conduct test drives.
Required to own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro's tool purchase program.
