About the role
The Principal Facilities Engineer will be responsible for providing engineering support to operating the Assai Renewal Natural Gas (RNG) plant located in Throop, PA.
A key asset for Archaea Energy, this facility converts landfill gas, collected at the landfill, into pipeline quality natural gas (High Btu or Renewable Natural Gas). The facility processes the landfill gas by removing the majority of the non-methane components including CO2, Nitrogen, water, sulfur and volatile and non-volatile organic compounds to attain pipeline quality gas.
The support will range from plant optimization to small upgrade projects. This role will work closely with Operations and Maintenance personnel at the plant in support of achieving plant runtime and production KPI's. They will also work closely with in-house Engineering teams and 3rd party Engineering Contractors to develop workpack deliverables for plant modifications. A key accountability will be maintaining and updating Process Safety Information for the plant.
The successful candidate must be able to report to the plant in Throop, PA at least 3 days per week. You must live near the site or be willing to relocate to report into the site to be considered for the role.
Key accountabilities
Lead the creation of MOC's to document plant modifications and upgrades
Work directly with 3rd-party engineering firms for engineering deliverables that are not internally generated
Work with plant PSM coordinator to ensure PSM deliverables are kept up to date
Review and approve major engineering submittals generated by 3rd parties
Provide engineering input into operating, maintenance, commissioning, and start-up procedures and strategies
Drive the right level of risk assessment for changes, from a Hazard Checklist to a HAZOP
Ensure designs are aligned with safety and long-term serviceability as top priorities
Act as a resource for new operators and technicians in the design and operation of the gas plant
Provide start-up support for plant upgrades
Essential education
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent in related field
Essential experience
More than 5 years experience with natural gas processing, refining, petrochemicals or related field.
Proven track record in practical application of engineering standards and practices for operating facilities (e.g. ASME, API)
Experience with designing & executing minor mechanical modifications and/or overseeing complex repair scopes
Experience and technical understanding of engineering, maintenance, and operation of gas processing equipment
Experience in root cause failure analysis
Proficient in working with PFDs and P&IDs.
Desirable criteria
Professional Engineering (PE) license
Experience with cryogenic gas plant operations
The following specific technical experience is desirable: gas processing/treating, gas compression equipment, pressure swing adsorption, flares and thermal oxidizers
Knowledge and understanding of fluid flow principles, thermal systems, pressure relief systems, mechanical design, and structural analysis

Summary
The Transformer field supervisor will be responsible for supervising the field assembly and inspections of HICO's transformer equipment. The position requires expertise in supervising HICO subcontractors and being the SME regarding assembly and installation of transformers in transmission, distribution and generating substations. The position requires expertise in reviewing factory acceptance test (FAT) report and Field (FAT) reports, transformer outlines, customer specifications, and ensuring HICO America's schedule and budget deadlines are upheld. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Transport Driver you will drive a tanker truck (11,400 gallon capacity) to pick up propane at the supply point (e.g. refinery, pipeline terminal, storage facility) and deliver it to area AmeriGas facilities. The driver will make four to five pick-ups and deliveries per day, driving an average of 500 miles per day and working up to 14 hours per day. Approximately 80 percent of the driver's time is spent driving or waiting in line at the supply point. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Drive the tanker truck to pick up propane at the refinery and deliver to area AmeriGas facilities; approximately 45 minutes is required to load or unload the truck.
Attach terminal hoses to the truck connections to pump propane into the tanker
Use permanent hoses attached to the filling ports or the hoses stored in the truck to unload the tanker. The hoses stored on the truck come in two sizes: 20 feet long, three inches in diameter; and 19 feet long, 1½ inches in diameter
Perform twice-daily truck inspections
May climb ladders at some AmeriGas facilities to check gauges at the top of the bulk tanks.
Requirements
3 Years' tractor and trailer experience with a minimum of 200,000 miles
1 year of tanker experience within the last 3 years, preferred
Hazmat and tanker endorsements
Eligible for a Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC)
No accidents in the previous 3 years
No more than one moving violation within the previous 2 years

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide code and program expertise. Ensure program compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
- Prepare for NRC/INPO pre-operational inspections.
- Monitor the testing and performance of the fire protection detection and suppression systems.
- Review design/field changes for accuracy, program impact, and functional testing.
- Develop and improve Preventive Maintenance tasks based on corrective actions and monitoring, Operating Experience, and PM feedback.

Within the O&M Technical Support team, the Wind Specialist will lead the condition monitoring program in EGPNA from setting predictive processes and tools, collecting information, reviewing results, making inspection/ repair recommendations and reviewing work performed by OEMs or ISPs.

What You'll Do at Enel North America:
Responsibilities, include, but not limited to:
* Lead the condition monitoring program in EGPNA (vibration, oil and grease analysis, borescopes, blades) from collecting information, reviewing results, making inspection/ repair recommendations and reviewing work performed by OEMs or ISPs. Strong focus on drive train vibration measurement, analysis and proactive problem detection.
* Perform SCADA data mining and diagnosis for performance control and proactive problem solving.
* Lead wind turbine generation performance review and troubleshooting efforts to ensure EGPNA performance goals are met.
* Perform maintenance quality audits to the different EGPNA wind assets.
* Evaluate improvement options from OEMs or ISPs.
* Monitor the implementation of new procedures, retrofits, execution of preventative maintenance, etc.
* Support and guide Site Supervisor's with WTG or BOP equipment troubleshooting. Be proficient at Root Cause Analyses to accurately determine equipment failure and the reason for failures when they occur.
* Review components inspection reports and recommendations from third parties and ensure actions are taken based on that information.
* Support O&M actively during construction phase, hand-over to O&M and the wind farm warranty period.
* Lead/ perform End of Warranty inspections. Build EoW reports to submit to OEM prior to the end of the warranty periods.
* Analysis and monitoring of alarms, faults and incidences across the EGPNA wind fleet.
* Provide technical leadership to the O&M organization.
* Maintain required training certifications and qualifications.
* Write Technical Specifications on necessary parts and/ or services.
* O&M technical best practices identification and global implementation across EGPNA fleet.
Who You Are:
* Strong knowledge on vibration measurement and analysis on drive trains.
